The program is obviously setup to keep…

The program is obviously setup to keep you locked in for months by spoon feeding you small amounts of very easy to find info. It’s not worth it but that’s actually not my issue. I signed up at a 50% discount and then when I was checking out there was an add on page for ‘mobility’ which I just scrolled down to see where to say ‘no’ for it. They purposely put the button to purchase across the bottom as it confirmed it with no other confirmation…I didn’t even get a checkout page or an amount confirmation.legally, that’s not a purchase agreement between two parties, it’s illegal use of my credit card.

Basically a list of articles and…

Basically a list of articles and youtube videos on HRV. Nothing of a personalized program, like you would think based on the questions asked when signing up.
The program is also not refundable, as you realize after a few minutes of the program that you have been taken advantage of.

So far I like the method but....

So far I like the method but I hate the shady practice of only being able to cancel, manage or figure out what the subscription price is, by sending an email

AI generated nonsenses. At the very least take the stupid emojis that ChatGPT adds to headings out of the documents, or if it’s actually real, hire some good authors!!!

I like these learning modules

I like these learning modules! There are YouTube videos, in addition to PDFs, and regular text on a page, that have different voices and different explanations that help people who learn differently. It's interesting information and has actionable do-able steps. It's not overwhelming and feels like something I can stick with!
