Out of business? No communications except an initial 'we have your order' email. Website is now down. Before that I sent a mail via the site, and have since tried to make contact on what I think is their ebay account. Have heard nothing back. Will update this if anything changes.
I have no information from my purchase since I made it. I try to reach them several times with any answer back…
2 months after placing an order, nothing has arrived and no response to my email to customer services for an update, no-one answering the phone. I suspect this company has gone bust or is trading fraudulently. AVOID.
Prompt attention to my order - updates throughout the process - product as ordered and expected. Delivery delay was due to the postal strike, not the vendor.

Great. Arrived quickly. Did NOT have an excessive amount of emails filling my inbox highlighting every moment of purchase delivery, so I did email about item but it arrived later that day. Subsequently quite enjoyed the efficiency without the numerous emails!
Took the money, sent receipt. Failed to deliver goods. They don't answer the phone. They don't reply to messages. They don't reply to emails.
Avoid them.
No email, order was cancelled with no explanation! At least my payment was refunded.
