I rented an RV stationed on a lake and it was amazing, the RV had a deck, patio, bbq and hottub for us to enjoy and overlooked the water.
The process to booking the RV was straight forward, although I wish I didn't need to pay a security deposit, but it was refunded after the trip so not a huge deal.
The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

DECEPTIVE PRICING & PREDATORY PRACTICES! STAY AWAY!
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM THIS PLATFORM!
I am writing this to warn every potential customer: DO NOT USE RVEZY. This platform uses intentionally confusing website design to mislead you about the actual costs until it is too late.
The pricing breakdown on their website is an absolute trap. They hide the security deposit in a sneaky dropdown menu sandwiched right between the taxes and service fees. The way it is visually presented suggests that the deposit amount is already included in the "Total" price displayed. It tricks you into calculating the cost by subtracting the deposit from the total.
This is completely misleading. It is only after you have booked and checked your account details that the layout changes and the truth comes out: the deposit is NOT included in that initial total—it comes on top of it.
By the time you realize you’ve been duped by their UI, you are trapped. They only offer a measly 24-hour cancellation window. If you try to cancel after that—once you realize the true cost—you are punished with insane fees. You will be forced to pay the full service fees plus taxes for the trip, even if you cancel.
This is predatory behavior designed to take your money before you understand what you are actually paying for. It feels like a scam. Save yourself the anger and the money.
Renter BEWARE!!!
I used this app to rent an RV to go to the Maritimes with my family. Right from the start everything went wrong.
I picked up the RV and 30 minutes later the back window fell out in front of my home, all on its own because we were all inside organizing all our stuff to bring. I had to bring it back to have the window repaired. 3 hours later we finally got on the road. Now we noticed that the toilet was 2/3 full and it stayed that way for the entire trip, next the hot water wasn't working, the pots, pans, and utensils were dirty. Then the fuses kept popping, the jacks wouldn't come down. The TV was flopping around while we were driving, the key to the outside compartments broke and stayed unlocked the entire trip. Then there were some safety issues, the right side blind spot camera was not working, the spray for the washer fluid was not working properly, the left side flasher on the front driver's side was burnt. Even the tubing for the black water dump was falling apart.
Just to say I paid for a hotel on wheels and I had to also pay for campsites so we could use their toilets and showers.
On Canada Day we were trapped in the RV for 3 hours at a gas station because the locking mechanism for the only door malfunctioned and stayed locked, we had to call the fire department to get us out when taking the lock apart still didn't help.
I returned the RV 1 day early because I didn't want the responsibility due to the fact that the RV door didn't lock anymore.
The following day the RV owner filed 3 claims with RVezy for a chip in the windshield, the broken lock and the window that fell out.
Here is where you have to BEWARE, they told me that I potentially had $6000 in deductibles to pay for the 3 claims. I paid $650 with taxes for a protection plan, THAT THEY NEVER USED, and I ended up paying for the repairs, that they deemed were my responsibility, because the RV was in my possession, with my deductibles, so that added another $1300+ to my bill for the back window and the chip in the windshield. Now, the back window fell out because of faulty latches, the lock was remote controlled and malfunctioned on its own because the owner was not doing the upkeep on his RV, so now the client is responsible to repair it for him. If I would have canceled on the day of pick up due to the RV condition, I still would have had to pay a penalty for the late cancelation. So either way the client ends up being the big loser and the derelict RV owner gets his RV fixed for free.

BEWARE OF RVEZY NOT PAYING INSURANCE CLAIMS
I'm A private fleet owner and use RVshare, Outdoorsy and RVEZY. I would strongly recommend any owner considering renting their rv to stay far from RVEZY. They will not cover your losses if your RV is damaged during a trip. They will work hard to find any avenue possible to deny your claim.
Long story short. I had an rv get roof damage on a trip. The only option to prove it was to request a video from the gas station where the rv was fuled up at 30 minutes before departure. After 2 months the insurance company requested the video. After receieving the video they determined the rv did not display the damage at that time. Afterwards they denied the claim anyways. The reason was that the video was taken 30 minutes before the trip. That was not sufficient proof that the rv was damaged during the renter trip.
During the insurance process you will notice the following. They do not answer direct email questions. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. After a 2 month claim the only conversation was through email. Multiple times i asked for a manager to call me. I did not ever receive a call from the insurance company. RVEZY will do nothing to help you with this issue.
Imagine your rv returns with $6,000 in damage and the insurance purchased to cover the trip refuses to cover it. Imagine being a renter who paid for the insurance and RVEZY rufused to cover the damage claim? You are now responsible. You have no recourse. They will not pay the damage and legally will never be forced to pay it. It's a huge risk and happened to me on my 6th booking with RVEZY. I will never List my rvs through RVEZY again.
RVEZY responded sent a typical generic response to this review almost 5 months after I wrote it asking me to contact customer service to discuss my complaint. I spent 2 months speaking to customer service and 2 months getting avoided by the insurance company during the claim process. It cost me $6,000 to repair my rv that was proven to be damaged by the renter. RVEZY did not pay one penny for the damage. Proceed with the caution is an understatement when Renting or deciding to rent your RV on RVEZY. I have never had those issue using RVSHARE or OUTDOORSY.

A dishonest host.
We have had a bad experience with a deceptive and unresponsive host.
Disha and her manager from RVezy have demonstrated integrity in how they've gone to bat for us with this dishonest host and gave us a full refund including the service fee which they claim the host is entitled to.
We cancelled this booking within 3 days of making it.
We would classify RVezy as honest and trustworthy and would not hesitate to book through them again.

Scummy pricing
I was looking for an RV on this website for fixed dates. The results showed prices of $150-200 per night. However, when I click on the listing, the prices increases 5-10 fold.

As a hotel owner
This response from Rvezy comes 5 months after my original review (after their customer service refused to find a suitable solution). Is Rvezy just saving face? Or willing to provide an adequate solution? You can contact me for a proper reimbursement. My reservation number was 1112999.
As a hotel owner, i will never use this service again. They do not support guests with appropriate résolutions and have deceitful hosts. The platform protects hosts (our hosts were very confident when they said complaining to Rvezy will do nothing). The aggressive / rude nature of these hosts was also capturéd in the chat messages. I paid 3396CAD for 15night reservation (I used only 7nights as I ended up in hospital before my trip) and the AC (and thermostat) was broken. It was 40degrees and we had to go to friends. Although the host admitted it was broken on our last day when a technician came, as i could not prove when it broke (you can’t take a photo of hot air or a thermostat showing the wrong temperature) or why it broke (the owners said that I could have broken it - a ceiling unit!) I was only refunded 200 from RVezy. AVOID this unprofessionnel platform as they protect low quality hosts.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, and unfortunately RVezy has not helped to get a refund from the RV owner.
We rented the RV 7 months in advance. When we picked it up, it was not at all as advertised. Extremely loud, all kinds of issues, poor maintenance and cleaning, had a 3ft piece of exhaust pipe fall off which had been makeshift repaired. We later learned this was what probably was causing the extreme noise, which made the drives a nightmare and have my wife and I headaches for the better part of a week. Had great experiences in the past with RVEzy, but this was a real damper on the family trip we had been planning all year. :(.
When we disputed the full charges (the day we returned it), we send all the documentation, videos and pictures, and after a 10 day delay we followed up and were told more steps were needed and the deadline was passed. Unreal.

I expected RVezy to support owners…
I expected RVezy to support owners better when a renter like Joe clearly disrespects the RV and causes damage. Unfortunately, their process lacked transparency and fairness.

Terrible company to deal with if you’re renting your rv to them. Trust me do not rent your rv to them. They will not cover for damages claiming it’s wear and tear! Had over 7000 in damages to my rv and they wouldn’t cover it. Taking them to court now

They rent junk and do not help customers
This company is perfectly fine with renting broken down RVs and not doing anything about it to help the renter. So much on my rental was broken and damaged and yet undisclosed prior to rental it severely affected our trip. After returning I was offered less than 10% off my charge, an insult for all my troubles. I spoke to customer service multiple times, requested more of a refund, and even appealed their decision, all dead ends. No one at this company had concerns for my experience or cared to remove this unit from their rental inventory. Furthermore I wasn't allowed to leave a review on this rental, so more people will have the same terrible experience. Which is probably why RVezy has so many one star reviews. Do not rent from them.

Rvezy did make it EZ!
Recently retired, my wife and I planned our very first RV Adventure trip around the country to visit family and friends through RVezy. We were able to quickly and easily search and find a motorhome that fit our needs. The booking process went smoothly. What did NOT go smoothly was the RV we rented. The RV, labeled "Big Beige Machine" was presented as "road ready" but not for our 6500 mile, 28 day trip. Better suited for a long weekend trip. We encountered many problems with the RV that were very frustrating and caused us to lose alot of time on the road. We even had to get it towed at one point, and RVezy was very helpful coordinating that with us. Our mistake was not documenting our problems thru the website so Rvezy would have a record of all the issues we were dealing with. In the end, we realized how important it is to document EVERYTHING. Also, as newbies to RVing, we should have gone over the RV with a fine-tooth comb! We took the word of the RV owner who promised that all the maintenance and servicing was done before our trip. It Was NOT. But that is not the fault of RVezy. No matter what website you use, my advice is to do as much research as you can, and review feedback before making a financial commitment.

BEWARE! RV rentals are a racket
I would give this company 0 stars. We applied for a rental. Summitted all required license paperwork, etc. After our $360 was charged did we hear we were approved and later asked if we had a break controller on our truck. Which we did not. We were told to cancel our reservation, but this would mean RV Ezy would keep our $169 application fee. What a racket these rental companies are. We were not issued a full refund. Renter...beware! We placed a reservation with RV share previously and the owner cancelled on us ruining our vacation plans. Don't go this route. It will ruin your vacation and leave you at a loss, financially.

Horrendous Customer Service
My customer service experience was absolutely terrible during my first and only (and now last) experience with the site. I was speaking with host of an RV and subsequently added an extra day when I actually went to book by inputting credit card information. Unbeknownst to me, this created two different "bookings" in their system. I then received an email indicating that my booking request was declined, leading me to think that I didn't have a reservation. Next, I created a reservation for the same dates with another site (RVShare please be better) a few days later. After that, I received an email from RVezy about the reservation I didn't know I had being modified. I tried to get my money back from RVezy for the confusion they created, but they wouldn't budge on their policy.
What's even worse is I was more than 30 days out from the reservation date, so I could still cancel at that time and forfeit only the fees paid to RVezy. But why should they make out for the confusion that they caused?
Three phone calls with increasingly more senior customer service reps later, and I can firmly say I'll never be visiting their site again. They were arguing hardcore with me about how I should've known how their internal system worked and wouldn't just give me back the fees THAT THEY COLLECTED AND DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY TO ANY OTHER PARTY. Besides engaging in fervent argument with me, all they were willing to do was give me credits to use on their site again, as if they deserved any money from confusing a customer.

RVesy is a scam
RVesy is a scam. Do not use them. First of all, most of the RV's advertised are not available, even though the calendar shows it is. It makes it look like there are a lot of RV's to choose from when there are only a few or none at all. Secondly, they gather all of your personal information and credit card info. Then allow you to book, confirm the booking and then cancel you an hour later stating you are a security risk. GMAFB. Then they delete you account. All of this is to just gather your personal info. Beware!!!
Just so you know, the person who owns and started this company, started and owned the dating app, Plenty of Fish, which was also a SCAM! They fill these apps with fake people or in this case RV's and then just lead you along without any opportunity to secure an RV. You have all been warned. Good Luck. Use RVShare instead.

Rvzey can selectively remove reviews
We rented a camper van for 8 days in Halifax in July. During our trip there was damage to drawers due to defective interior locks on the drawers which could not be seen when we picked up the van. Accordingly there were no photos possible although the owner said he was aware of these defects at the time. Upon returning the van the owner put in a damage claim which we disputed. Rvzey gave us 3 hours notice by email of their intention to charge our credit card (which email we couldn’t access until after the 3 hour deadline) and has now put through the charge without even providing us with a valid invoice.
We did review the van on the Rvezy site with unrelated and constructive comments. In particular because of the height and configuration of the van it was not suitable for seniors or anyone with even minor mobility issues. In addition although the amenities listed a toilet in fact there was no toilet so when we picked up the van we paid an additional fee for a portable toilet which had to be placed in the shower stall making the shower unusable.
Because we disputed the unrelated damage claim Rvzey removed our review leaving only four 5 star reviews of the van on the site. We had initially based our reservation on those reviews but it is quite possible that other reviews which would have been more helpful had also been removed. If we had the benefit of possible other reviews, because of our personal circumstances we would not have chosen this vehicle. When I asked Rvezy about this they said the removal was to prevent “retaliation” which ours definitely wasn’t. I feel that the arbitrary and selective removal of reviews is poor business practice and results in incomplete and possibly misleading to potential renters.
