From start to finish perfect service. Malik was handling my HMO purchase, which had a strict 56 day completion timescale. I never had any doubts that we would complete in the timescales, in fact we were 1 day early.

Would highly recommend....

Avoid. Gives terrible advice which in my case has been severely detrimental not only to myself but my young children too. If I'd been given better advice I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in. Wouldn't use ever again. Avoid if you're fleeing domestic violence they have no training and they don't care.
