Specifically ordered Soudal PU adhesive as I use this frequently and its the best in my experience.
Sent Everbuild equivalent instead nothing like as good.
Disappointing service.

I ordered some equipment from this company I have put the start of my complaint yesterday and this is the follow of the outcome. After I placed a order I tried to contact these to chase my order guy answered and kept saying he will ring back which he never did over a 4 day period. Then eventually he responds and tells me he does not have any my order in stock , This has caused a knock on effect and has put me into a delay for many labour and myself if they had said from day one they had none instock i could have ordered fro someone else. So please public do not order from RWS unless you know 100%they have it in stock and that is if they tell you the truth as they have a tendency to lie.

I have to say I have received fantastic service from rws and am happy with toolbox I purchased with everything within it being of a good solid quality and delivery being prompt,thanks again

Great communication, fast delivery and secure packaging.

Tool box is good and most of the tools apart from the Allen keys, they slip and round the heads of the Allen bolts. I have tried to contact RWS by phone and by enquiry online with no answer or reply.

Brilliant service. The only issue was the box had been left out in the rain and was soaked. Once dried, all good.

A very straight forward purchase for a scaffolding tower which is not an easy order to deliver into a rural destination. On the pre-advised day of delivery, the delivery driver called before arrival and between us we manhandled the bulky and high pallet off the delivery van which was equipped with a tail-lift. As easy, hassle-free and simple as you can get. The product was exactly what I wanted.

Bought as a present. Delivery was fairly quick after purchase. Phoned day before advising of delivery. Product well packed. All in good order and all present. Tools seem of good quality.

However a confirmation of purchase email and a delivery date would have been a great help.

The chest with tools turned up today, looks pretty cool but only time will tell. I emailed the company as i didnt receive a confirmation of my order, and to be fair to them they emailed me first thing in the morning confirming, which was great. My only gripe is you don't get a tracking number or any communication to inform you when it's going to be delivered, luckily I was home, usually I would have been at work, they can't exactly leave it behind the dustbin, it's massive and heavy so in my opinion could do with more communication with the customer regarding delivery. But overall my experience was pretty painless, it could have been a different story had i not been on a day off, but I would use them again.

Service was fantastic very fast and smooth. Had a fault with a screw driver within the set but made contact using email system as this got me a faster result and a replacement was sent out without an issue.
