Chat support responds fast but all the systems take so long. My verification took about 1 week. But after chatting with support they approved it instantly. Now I wanted to withdraw but they sent an email telling me that my withdrawal was cancelled because the withdrawal option I used was not supported at the moment? So I wanted to change the withdrawal option but every time I click on cancellation it just declines. A red box at the right bottom shows up but with no text. I mean when my withdrawal option is usable why do you let people withdraw with this option and why don’t you cancel the withdrawal for the people after sending the email? I registered at RX Casino and made a deposit of 500 zlotych polish. After playing on the platform, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings in the amount of 7000 zł polish. However, it's been 24 h and I still have not received my money.

The casino requested identity verification, which I completed by submitting a photo of my ID on 13.05.2025. Despite this, the verification has not been completed, and customer support either does not respond or keeps saying they will "check later." The app also fails when I attempt to request a withdrawal.

I would like to note that the company behind RX Casino is reportedly registered under number **HE420258**, presumably in Cyprus. However, there is no valid gambling license displayed on the website or available for public verification. I suspect that this platform is operating outside of legal frameworks and is intentionally blocking player withdrawals.

I kindly ask that an investigation be conducted into the activities of RX Casino, and that appropriate action be taken to ensure the return of my funds. I am prepared to provide proof including screenshots of my balance, support chat history, and verification submission confirmation.

In my opinion, RX Casino is acting fraudulently.
