Account manager Geert Beuker promised me to pay me on my account but he did not.
This is now more than a year. I send him my account of the bank but till now I did not get my money.
So I must think if I have to do with bad people of your trust.
He promised me to call me to pay back the amount that I brought in plus the surplus. He never called back.
November 7th 2022. And 9th November 2022.
I also mailed hom on 6th of Januari 2023.
I asked him to close my account on the 25th Januari 2023 and transfer the balance. He never did.

Terrible! It is impossible to withdraw your funds without legal help. I highly recommend to avoid this company! Try to talk with lawyers about this firm.

Do not stress in vain, they never pay-out and i had to file a complaimt with Veṟluategird before i could get a withdṟawal solution.

RXK are potentially linked to Economics Education Hub Ltd (13448167) this is a registered company in the UK. Their website and functions are almost identical to that RXK and when I first invested with RXK the introduction was through Economics Education Hub Ltd (EEH). I received an email from EEH for the starter amount of £250 and from this point on RXK provided the account manager. I believe RXK may be using this company to attract investors in the UK, making them believe they are working with a UK based Company, however you are then moved over to RXK where you can not trace your money once its gone. If this is not the case then RXK are at least potentially Spoofing the above mentioned wedsite.

This is what I have just written to these dishonest people:
Hi thereI have made the fifth withdrawal request for money that is in my account. I have made four requests, but they have all been declined. Not only have they been declined but also you have not given me any reason for them being declined, and have not responded to my phone calls and emails.I am writing to warn you of the serious consequences to you and all who work for rxkcapital. I am a Christian. The word Christ means anointed one, and God will punish those who do harm to His anointed people, He says "Vengeance is mine, I will repay." I forgive you, God will take care of me. Your ultimate boss, Satan, is a thief and a liar, but when he is found to be stealing he has to repay the victim seven times over, Proverbs 6.31. I am owed £1072, which is a very small amount, but I need it and you, and ultimately Satan, have stolen it from me. So he has to pay me £7504, so I am not worried. I recommend that you ask Jesus for forgiveness for your sin and ask Him to be your saviour, and leave the employment of rxkcapital, because they are crooks. Jesus has paid the price for your sins and will receive you with open arms, His love is wonderful and you will have a life of joy, peace and protection and when you die, eternal life. To refuse His love means you will have trouble all your life and be sent to hell when you die. This is actually my second review of RXK after they asked me to take my first review down and promised to work with me to resolve the issues.

Originally it was all going very well. I was learning a lot about trading, and I was having regular communication with my trader.

It all changed when I was recommended to make a withdrawal due to a couple of very successful trades. I tried to do this. However, before they approved this they opened some trades and told me the withdrawal was not possible whilst the positions were open. Frustrating, but I moved on.

I then noticed some horrendous trades had been made. I contacted my broker and I was told they weren't closed but they were in rollover. This was not the case, the broker stopped replying to me and I was left in the dark. After 2 months of contacting them asking them what was happening I left my first Trust Pilot review.

I was then contacted my RXK, they apologised and assigned me a new broker, all providing I removed my Trust Pilot review. So I did, and gave them a chance. Some trades were made and it seemed like everything was back on track. I now had misgivings about RXK, really not trusting them until I had seen a withdrawal.

I was now told I could not make a withdrawal because my account was not "live". In order to make it "live" I had to make another deposit. I refused to do this so the trades and contact stopped. There is money sitting in my RXK account but I'm simply not allowed to withdraw it.

Heed this warning.

I invested with Rxk who after a month changed my account manager, for the past 3 months I have been trying in vain via emails to customer services to get someone to contact me, no one ever replies. I now wish to close the account and withdraw my money but can not speak to anyone to do this. It is causing me so much stress and anxiety.
The way I have been treated is disgusting, bad mannered and shows no respect for the customer.
I hope they will have the decency to rectify this matter , at the present time I would not recommend them or give them any stars

Kijk uit!! Lijkt allemaal goed te werken en te kloppen maar je winsten opnemen blijkt onmogelijk te zijn.
Opnames worden gewoon niet uitgevoerd en je hoort niets meer van ze. Je wordt elke dag platgebeld om steeds meer geld te investeren maar zodra je winst maakt en wilt opnemen krijg je geen cent meer van je eigen rekening!
Watch out!! All seems to work well and to be correct, but withdrawing your winnings turns out to be impossible.
Withdrawals just won't be accepted or declined and you don't hear from them again. You are being teased to invest more and more money every day, but as soon as you make a profit and want to withdraw, you will not receive a penny from your own account!

Scam…won’t return calls, won’t allow me to with draw money. Shocking customer service. Sell you a good story and all empty promises. Company isn’t in interested if average people trying to make a few hundred pounds. All money greedy account managers.

Zero rating. Customer has now ghosted me for 2 months, won’t return calls and won’t payout money. When I attempt to withdraw funds it declines my offer. Company has no level of customer service, always answer phone and say they will pass your details on but never hear from anyone. Tried with over 15 emails and over 5 calls and endless messages. Trade really well and keep asking for money at the start. As soon as you don’t invest they aren’t interested in you.

Absolutely appalling.
After a month of emailing RXK about a withdrawal, I am still yet to hear from ANYONE.
The person who is supposedly my account manager has stopped all forms of contact (I believe this is because I could not invest the amount they wanted me to!)
I just want to withdraw my money, yet at this point it seems unlikely that I will be able to.

Terrible! All communication has stopped..
I started trading the RXF capital at the end of December 2022. It all started well with great communication from my Account Manager Victor Verbeek. However after many emails there is no response. I have also been in contact with many other investors in the same situation. I have tried to contact the company directly but cannot find any contact details. My credit card company are investigating…. I am now thinking they are a scam company. Can anyone from RXK capital make contact with me?

The support team has always been helpfl ever since I've opened an acc with them and my refund was approved quickly. It's definitely a five for me!! ^^'

RXK is a user friendly trading platform..with experienced customer service. Yet so many bad reviews. Don’t be fooled by the comments and reviews.....

I really appreciated the chat with the representative because she was really responsive, friendly, and quick to respond.

I had some queries on the live chat with the support team and I was very satisfied with the good assistance and help I received.

Nothing real about this company. I had lost it all but for some experts it would have been worse

I have been trading with RXK Capital for several months. In particular I like their low spreads on not only well known major currency pairs. Also, their transaction execution speed is top notch. Highly recommend them.

I have been using RXK Capital for about 2 months and my experience has been good so far. Low spreads, nice customer service, I have been assisted by the account today and she did a very good job at answering all of my inquiries.
