Very polite. On time and very respectful. Unloaded the truck and placed everything on the right spot. No damages.

The cabinetry is beautiful, menards is excellent in putting it all together. The delivery team was highly professional and did a great job. It's great quality i can afford. So far, i haven't been able to qualify everything yet, but, it certainly looks great thus far. Thank you, also, when talking with cabinetry people, they understood i didn't have a kitchen and made a great effort to reduce the time to make my cabinets, they trimmed a week off original time, date. I'm very happy and pleased. I hope you pass this message on to all involved, from leann at menards to the delivery guys. Excellent job! Thank you

They worked quickly and professionally and were polite. We have a question though. Why did we get two cabinet doors delivered separately ahead of the big delivery?

This rating is for the team that showed up and not the one that missed the deliver date due to “truck problems” on 2/10. I pointed out damaged boxes and suspect multiple load and unloads may have contributed plus what looks like poor tape job by manufacturer. I took pictures. After I escalated multiple times, Alejandro did communicate and provided some degree of comfort load would be delivered 2/11. Chat site said 3/2 for next delivery date. Everyone I talked with was empathetic with multiple apologies but no answers other than Alejandro.

The delivery team arrived when scheduled, called to notify me they were on there way, and we're extremely professional and polite. Extremely easy and i'm grateful.

The delivery was flawless. The two gentlemen were courteous, professional and handled my packages with great care. Thank you!

I absolutely love how respectful and helpful the delivery team were! They did so great assuring we had all the cabinets on hand and had such great service getting our cabinets in cautiously! They communicated so well letting us know their ETA and was on time as mentioned. Had no issues at all! Absolutely great company, great delivering team! 10/10

I apologize for neglecting to use this form of media. I hadn't noticed it as an option until just now looking for the previous texts from your company. I have taken pictures to support my negative response but I don't see that as option.

The bigger base cabinet I received had a 1x that ran across the top back of the cabinet that had a absolutely horrible crown. It gave the shaped appearance of a rainbow. Also, the base of the same cabinet looked as if the front face wasn't datoed enough to receive the cabinet bottom. Though the piece was forced in regardless. For the amount of money these cabinets cost, I would of imagined just a little care would have gone into the manufacturing aspect of them.

Christopher and Eric were on time, very courteous, friendly, and efficient. It is inspiring to receive kind and trustworthy service. You can feel confident in these two delivery men.

Honestly if i could rate this company with zero star's I would. Anyone please beware when you sign up for factoring with this company. Please do your research for other factoring companies before you sign up with RXO. My experience was, I opted out not to factor with RXO, they basically tried to force me to stay, finally I was able to speak to someone and the person told me that I could not be released until I pay the application fee of $150.00. Just an FYI please do your research first, before selecting a factoring company or just do not factor with RXO
