The actual delivery and the people who delivered went very well. My only issue was the automatic text that came making me think the delivery would take place on the planned day. It is understandable that it was missed due to the winter storm. I just wish the text had not lead me to believe they were still being delivered and to wait for them.
The guys were very efficient and very respectful of my property. They were in and out in no time and didn’t hurt any of my walls or floors or anything
Had cabinet delivery today, and it was great! 13 cabinets, 21 boxes total, and smooth as silk. The two delivery guys were friendly, professional, courteous - and strong, humping the boxes off the truck. I don't always get care and attention to detail, so it was a nice touch.
They called and let me know they were on the way. They were pleasant, courteous and professional.
I paid $1200 for shipping four pallets. No one notified me that my items were missing. I called the day that the items were supposed to be delivered, was hung up on 5 times because they go "HELLO RXO" and within 1 second the call is hung up.
They have no idea where my four pallets are, and won't help me. I'm highly disappointed and will try to never use them again.
I'm a owner operator. called in to book a load, they seem to think putting a AI to answer a phone is a good idea. so you give the AI all the info. which cannot give you any information about the load that you're calling on. then it puts you though to a person that ask the same questions. just to find out it just got booked or it a load you can't haul. customer service is a joke here. using a AI to answer a phone is as cold and in personally as it gets. not with just this company, any company. i will be blocking this broker and i suggest other company's and driver do the same till there customer service get real. if a diver has this much problem getting to the right person. i feel sorry for those people who use them to haul their fright. your load could be lost for a week before you could get someone on the phone
Would rate it a 0 star if I could. Delivery was delayed 2.5 weeks (would have been longer if the company I ordered from hadn’t called them). Was told I’d receive a call back from a supervisor, a week later and still no call. Doubt I’ll ever get one. The contractor they subcontracted my delivery to was the only positive experience I had

We received a shipment of cabinet parts.
The delivery crew notified us 30 minutes before arrival and they showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. This same crew delivered two shipments, days apart and both times handled our items with care.
Called about 30 minutes in advance and unloaded everything in a professional and courteous manner. Great company!

Horrible Delivery service! I recently ordered a TV from Amazon and they used this shipping service and it has been a horrible experience. It was supposed to be here on Monday and as of today (Wednesday) it still has not arrived and neither Amazon nor I can get a straight answer from them. I am currently on the phone with Amazon while they are trying to get an answer and they also are being given the run around and not getting an answer as to where the item is even located at.

Delivery personnel were very courteous! They unloaded everything in the garage for me until our bathroom is ready for the new items.
They waited patiently for me to come to lobby and did not seem annoyed that they needed to!! Very pleasant experience!
Have been waiting a month and a half for my delivery. We spent thousands and haven't recieved anything. They keep telling us to take off of work and promise delivery, but it is never delivered. Likely will need a lawsuit to resolve issues.

After threatening a lawsuit, you finally showed up after canceling four times. Four times and 6 hours on the phone with you! That's four times we took off of work and sat here all day and then you would contact us and say it was the weather (when it was perfectly clear) or that your truck broke down (over and over). Don't lie to your clients, just fix the problem. None of this is acceptable.
I also have to say that we almost never leave bad reviews because we understand that all organizations have difficult moments. However dealing with your company was one of the most frustrating experiences we have ever had with any company. You "yes" your caller to death, then hang up and don't follow through on anything.
Clearly your company needs some major overhauling from the top down.

Product was delivered in excellent condition although the delivery was after dark. Driver Antonio Cherry and Saeed Brown (from Last Mile) were very courteous and professional and took care to ensure our products were handled carefully. They are a great team.
