Very easy to work with great communication and great pricing

Getting started was easy and any questions I had were answered right away. I wish there were other shipping options. Fed-Ex was terrible and it took 5 days on 2 day shipping to receive my order. Ice was melted and product was warm.

It was very simple to sign up and provide the necessary info to move my current Rx to a cheaper pharmacy. I just hope the quality will be as good.

Just starting out with RX Pros. Customer service has been helpful, and meds arrived in a very timely manner. Process was easy online. Getting a few too many texts, but I did say texting was ok when asked. Pricing reasonable, and discount was available when I asked. Overall, very happy with process to initiate tirzepitide treatment.

I want to warn everyone. RxPros are all bots. I have tried to actually speak to a person about my script. I do 3 months at a time and I am very happy with my current dose and it is effective. I did not want to go up. I marked that and adjusted the dose however I did hit accept by mistake. Immediately I reached out to customer service and the doctor chats and told them and explained- with in seconds of my mistake. I heard zero. Customer service bot created a “ticket” which did zero. Doctor “bot” never responded. I called the number and kept saying representative and the AI bot would not link me to anyone. Yesterday I received an email saying my meds shipped- they are at basically triple (.5mg current to 1.75!)what I am currently taking! I had talked to the doctor bot saying I didn’t want to up in month three from .5 but looks like they didn’t note that! This is negligent.Whys funny is legit right after it shipped I got a response to my messages saying sorry it was sent! I reached out again with zero response! Please be aware you are talking to bots. I will be changing to a place that I can get in touch with an actual person. This could make customers really sick and making me do the math on the dose is not ideal. It’s fine if you want to increase exactly on their schedule however they can’t handle if you want to keep your lowest effective dose. This place is terrible and negligent.

Rx Pros has one of the lowest cost for GLP-1 medication. The program has no surprise fees and there isn’t a subscription program adding to the costs. It’s one cost for whichever time period you select period. They are very straightforward, professional, and efficient. Overall it was a good shopping experience and I feel that I got good value for my money.

I could not get a response from the one I had just finished to renew so I tried RxPro and found them less expensive than my other as well as quick, efficient, and reliable with texts keeping me updated regularly. I had a time crunch since I was leaving the country in 2 weeks. They handled my application and processing in a day and had my order shipped by day 2. Fabulous will use them again if I need.
