Nice product but just so you know you have to put your own stickers on pretty bunk

Hi,
I bought the Air Pro Ab by the recommendation of a friend who is motocross driver. I am Downhill-Biker.
Along with the Harness , I also ordered the Bumper as I thought this is the shoulder impact protection add-on, what was unfortunately not the case.
After being delivered, I saw the Bumper claimes to be a shoulder orthesis, where I don't see any sense in that concept, as this construction stabilizes almost nothing (my statement as an orthopädic educated MD).
Concerning the harness itself, well, nice idea with the air chamber concept, but when it comes to a really serious impact with small contact zones like rocks or tree-roots and the air is pressed away from that areas into the other chambers, the only thing that stays then there is normal soft foam, no 3Do smart foam, no hard shell, just soft foam.
Furthermore, beside that ugly foam protector shirt, there is no shoulder or clavicula protection, what is vital for MTB as it is by far the most common injury on a Mountain bike.
I think I will not rely my life on such a concept in real hard conditions.
But for the quick after-work round in mild conditions, it might be a good solution beside the missing shoulder protectors ( I don't like that shirt concept, especially not in hot summer times).

I just had a really bad crash 3 months ago on a downhill gap jump with 3 broken vertebras, 5 ribs and a pneumothorax, and the only thing that saved my life and my Shoulders was my O'Neill hard shell harness that protected my inner organs and the rest of my spines , bones and upper body and especially the shoulders (the 3 vertebras were caused by an initial vertical impact where no protector can work, but then the hard shell harness protected my body well enough to survive.).

I modified the system by adding a pair of shoulder and upper arms hard shell protectors and now, the system feels a lot more overall safe to me.
And after the first ride, it fells overall indeed very comfortable compared to a normal hard shell harness.
Although I still would not like to try it out on extreme, peaky rock downhill trails, it seems to be a very suitable and nice to wear system for everyday to mid-heavy conditions and is a good addition to my gear.
Therefore, I upvoted to 4 stars.

And right, I was to quick by ordering the bumper along with the main system, but on the main system page, it was not (or I oversaw it) clearly described as an orthesis.
On it's own , separate site, it is indeed.
So I will return the bumper, but will keep the main system.

I have a horse riding air protective jacket, and the back part got punctured. I wrote and got an answer right away. They've been helpful and efficient. I'll be receiving a new part as my jacket was under guarantee.

some problems with delivery (collissimo, die post) and x-crossed is a little hard to get good fitment. Both X-crossed and r-pro protected well in crash

Poor customer service, product fits small. Was told countless times to “go to the website to get return processed....why not just give me the shipping address verbally?

After shoulder surgery on both shoulders, 14 dislocations, and major AC joint repair, the rxt protect gives me more protection than anything I have seen out there!

I purchased the chest protector and the shoulder brace system. The chest protector is very nice. It is light and fits well under my pack, if it has a downside it is just that it doesn't ventilate as well as others. But I wear a pack as well so why complain about ventilation? I do not regret purchasing it. The shoulder brace is another story. What a pain in the ass, kind of a bugger to get on and off and the pieces are constantly having to be retightened and constantly fall off. I quit wearing all together after a couple rides. I do regret purchasing the shoulder brace.

Knee braces look better then expected. Unfortunately I fall right in the middle of medium and large so sizing is difficult, I likely should have gone with a large. Have not worn riding yet but wore them around the house for an evening. Pretty comfy.

Excellent braces. I’ve worn DonJoy braces for 20 years since both ACL’s were reconstructed. These are very well made, secure, and comfortable.

Good product to fast delivery with this covid 19 virus out there I haven't gotten to use it yet

needs English version. Product straps need revisions and could use more attention.
