Very poor communication, had to constantly chase which is not how to run a business, didn't feel at all valued as a customer. However the product did finally arrive after 5 weeks of constantly chasing, and the plate rack is of good quality just let down by poor customer service.
Ordered and paid for plate rack 23/11/22,I have been sent emails with excuses for delay due to royal mail/parcel force.
It's now 30th January, the company have stopped replying to my emails asking when plate rack is going to be delivered. The phone contact number is answer machine, no reply to message left.
Customer experience/service very poor. I hope I receive a refund, as will need to buy an alternative product as kitchen being fitted this week.
Very helpful team and the plate rack is well made and exactly what I wanted.
My plate rack was everything I hoped for and much more. It completes my kitchen perfectly.

Absolutely delighted with our purchase. The rack far exceeds our expectations. There was a tiny issue that was addressed immediately and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for something special in which to store you plates, etc.

Love the plate rack. Would have been 5 star but I understand due to unforseen circumstances this delayed delivery. I thought that maybe as a gesture you may have compensated with free delivery. All the best in the future
