For context.

I had used this car personally for 2 weeks prior to the sale and a close friend owned it for 3 years before me.

When Mr Jon first messaged to say the car was not starting and knowing the car as well as I do my initial thought was that the car must have a dead battery.

Upon receiving a video from Mr Jon and hearing the car turning over but failing to start, I recalled the car was low on fuel the day it was delivered.

I proceeded to rewind the video and freeze the frame as the camera passed the speedometer and, as suspected, the fuel was showing zero.

Unfortunately, I am out of the country at the moment, so I advised Mr Jon to put fuel in his car and follow some simple steps to remedy the issue.

Our last correspondence was me apologising for being unable to help more as I am out of the country and Mr Jon agreeing to wait until I am home for futher assistance.

He then posted this.

We still have screenshots of all of our correspondance with Mr Jon should anyone wish to see it.
