Nightmare don’t buy anything from them. Awful customer care, emails never replied to and then bombarded with advertising emails. 2 bottle tops and a piece of elastic would be better use than this brand of name.

Ordered online two weeks ago. The glasses haven't shipped. Emailed them three times. Even called. Their voicemail isn't even a proper business voicemail. No response at all from them, they are MIA. Great scam you have going. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Love my new summer shades from Ryan Simkhai Eyeshop. Fairly priced, high quality, and to be honest, I get more compliments on these than my $400 pair of designer shades. Shipped out quickly with great packaging. Had a question re my order and customer service got back to me promptly. Highly recommend!

Beware - they will short ship you and then disappear because there is basically no customer service. Have been trying for weeks to get them to ship me the balance. Have sent multiple emails and then they finally responded requesting pics (I did even though the problem is not a damage or return request but the fact that they shipped only half my order). They don't even read....just say here's the instructions to return or exchange (if they respond at all). So sad because I have probably a dozen of their readers that I've found thru TJ Maxx (which now makes perfect sense). I now need to alert GMA Deals & Steals who promoted the deal.

I have been a loyal customer of Ryan Simkhai for many years and have purchased at least 15 pairs of glasses from them. Most recently I ordered a new pair of readers that was defective - the lenses were popping out and I couldn't get them back in without risking breaking the glasses. I assumed they'd be great about returning them (they were full price not on sale) but I was wrong! I have emailed them four times in the past week, tried to call (their customer service number is just a random voicemail that doesn't say who you are calling) and reached out on social media and gotten crickets! They are just not responding at all! So now I'm stuck with broken glasses and will never buy from Ryan Simkhai again.

Benn trying to get customer services since my order said it had been delivered. This was not the case. Can’t get to speak to courier as it’s all digital. Emailed this company heard nothing back from them. Paid 26.00 for first class international . Never got the delivery. They don’t reply to my email . There is no phone number to ring. Disgusting really .
