Huge thank you to Ryan’s Removals for making our move completely stress-free. The team were incredibly efficient, professional, and handled everything with great care and attention to detail. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly.
I honestly can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable removal company!

Lovely hardworking staff cannot fault them, however, felt more than a little conned when the final bill came in as it was DOUBLE the original quote. We were charged full price for a second van (that we were not expecting), to take some garden pots 10 miles in a van, already more than 2/3 full of someone else's belongings ( presumably they had also paid £650 for the same van - double bubble). Had we known this I would have used a man with a van to move the plants. No negotiation, just told to read the terms and conditions blah, blah. Dishonest. Would not recommend and will not be using them again.

Avoid this company at all costs. TLDR; late, break stuff, dishonest, aggressive.

When they took our items to be moved into storage, the staff did not know that they were turning up to do a pack and move because their administration is very poor; they turned up late, without the right packing material and therefore the pack took many hours longer than was required. During this time tempers were frayed between the removals staff, and two of them ended up having a fight outside my house. They required my deescalation to get them to finish the job that they had been paid for. They tried to pack items that we specifically told them not to like: our freezer bag of food and my wife’s handbag. Why would we put a freezer bag of food into storage?

Things were not better on the delivery leg. Staff several hours late for their delivery time and no updates were given. During delivery they broke a standing freezer among several other items. I spoke to Nathan, the manager of the company, who initially denied that they had broken the freezer despite the fact that it had been unbroken going into storage and was broken on arrival. Nathan assured me that he would replace the item on the phone and subsequently has refused to do so. In unpacking my house I found further damage; a destroyed Weber bbq, missing parts to an antique table (unrepairable), and damage to some lamps. I’m out of pocket for all of these expenses.

Nathan refused to let his staff leave my house until I paid the invoice despite me saying I was uncomfortable in doing so as there were obvious issues. He was aggressive and made me concerned for my family’s safety.

Nathan is fundamentally dishonest as he hasn’t provided details verifiable details of the insurance claim.

In summary: late, break stuff, dishonest, aggressive. Don’t use this company.

Ryans Removals have been brilliant every time. They’ve moved us three times in seven months, always turning up on time, working hard, and keeping everything safe and stress‑free. The team are friendly, quick, and really know what they’re doing. Genuinely reliable and easy to deal with — we’d happily use them again.

Tim and his colleagues have just moved all our effects in a four bedroom house from Axbridge to Oxfordshire, including packing of all our kitchen. In all my dealings with them they were thoughtful, considerate, polite and skilled, with lots of laughter but never a grump - ultimate professionals. Tim was always straight and fair in his business dealings, and offered lots of helpful advice. Ryan’s Removals totally enabled a moving experience which had felt overwhelming. I can’t rate them too highly - a huge thank you!

Excellent service for a 5 bed house and garden move within Oxted. From start to finish the service was excellent, with every care taken of our furniture, including some large and heavy items. The team were enthusiastic, professional and most importantly optimistic, even though the days were long. Nothing was too much for Nathan, who even found a solution to transport our much loved trampoline - the only company we could find to do this. Highly recommend.

Typically moving house can be incredibly stressful but I am pleased to say that this was not our experience when we recently used Ryan Removals.

We came across a recommendation for Ryan Removals on Facebook and gave Nathan a call to quote us. From the moment we met him, his energy and enthusiasm were infectious, his confidence in his team’s abilities and his sincere eagerness to make the process easier for us was incredibly appealing, but the cherry on top was that his price beat every other quote we had already received.

He and his team were professional and efficient and took the time to carefully wrap and handle all of our belongings with care and for a family that has moved a lot, this was the first time that we have not had breakages of some sort. Ryan removals were so efficient that what should have taken the entire day, had us in our new home by lunch time.

I can not recommend Nathan and his team enough. If you are looking for genuinely good guys that will help, take away the stress of moving and who will treat you and your belongings respectfully, you can not go wrong with Ryan Removals.

What can I say. I had to find emergency storage space and I am so glad I found Ryans Storage and Removals. Amazing team, very understanding and supportive. Used the storage space for 7 months and then use their removal service too afterwards. Jane and Paulina were simply fantastic in listening and helping me sort out everything. The removal team at the storage and the house were so careful with everything. Nice and pleasant to chat with too :) When you are moving, and have so much going on, it's just superb to have people like the Ryans Team to just make you feel you can sit back and relax for at the least one thing! I had to write a review about Ryan’s removals. I’ve used them a few times now, when I’ve sold on various pieces of furniture. They know their trade and have moved large sofas though my home and have always been really careful. Plus they’re really friendly helpful people to work with.
They’re staying in my phone book for future use.
Don’t waste your time with the many amateurs out there when you can hire trustworthy professionals like Ryan’s.

Excellent storage facility, 100sqm kept furniture and equipment for daughters to wait until they got their own houses when we downsized. 18 months later we were able to book the company to move their things to two different addresses. Everything was clean, safe and in great condition. We have used the movers over this whole process and the team are fantastic, from the office management to the great moving lads who take brilliant care of all our possessions.
