They NEVER answer the phone, tried ringing loads over the last couple days and I’m getting no answer .

I feel like communication could have been better, I didn't seem to get much feedback, although when a sale had been agreed this did improve somewhat. I just feel like more could have been done to keep me updated.

Used this estate about 2 years in from first moving to Rossendale in 2014. Always had a great relationship with them and super helpful and professional. Sarah Green that has managed properties I've been in has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly.

All interactions with the team were professional, both via telephone & e-mail, occasionally feedback wasn't received after viewings & we feel that the property was overpriced initially which led to very few viewings in the 1st few months.
Once a more realistic price was in place & the viewings increased, this led to an acceptable offer being made.
Initial valuation to completion took 12 months, partly due to the above & partly due to the condition of the property & type of buyer that would buy the property to renovate.

Whilst I wasn’t successful with the home I desperately wanted, Shannon was incredible. It’s a busy branch and can be difficult to get through and get clarity, but there was one shining star in the Ryder and Dutton team and that was Shannon. She was so responsive, clear, efficient and she really does understand the housing market.
If you’re dealing with this branch, definitely work with Shannon.

They effected a sale fairly promptly and although the Conveyancing process took an inordinate time Matt Walsh who dealt with us from start to finish was extremely patient and helpful throughout.

We experienced exceptional service provided by Leon James and Sue at Ryder and Dutton, Rawtenstall.

We have been extremely impressed with Leon's dedication and professionalism throughout our interactions. He has consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate our visits to to the property which was empty ensuring we could show tradespeople the property for the necessary works. Last week, Leon met us at the property as we had tradespeople coming to provide quotes. Unfortunately, one of them was delayed and arrived late, but Leon was very understanding and stayed beyond his finishing time to accommodate us. His willingness to help and his courteous demeanour were greatly appreciated.

Moreover, Leon has kept us well-informed on the progress of the sale, providing timely updates that have been invaluable to us.
