Great service
Great service. I live 200 miles away from the house I have just sold and it has been a difficult 6 months, the staff made things so much easier. They kept me informed and gave me lots of advice, as well as visiting the house on my behalf whenever necessary. An especially big thank you to Adam for all his help and support.

NEVER AGAIN!!
Staff didn't live up to their sales pitch. Sold the house easily enough, which is why they get one star, but after that we found our coordinator rude, dismissive and hard to get hold of. Our daughter ended up having to deal with him because he got our backs up. We ended up cutting him out of the loop and dealing with the buyers direct, which seemed to suit him anyway because it meant less work. The sale eventually went through in spite of them, not because of them.

Great deal of help and quick support from everyone at Ryder and Dutton through each stage of the house purchase. I received clear direction and frequent updates from both Lacey and Geraldine allowing me to complete within 13 weeks of putting in the offer!

This was our first property bought together and he was attentive, helped us with any queries and chased any other parties.
