AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO REFUNDS.

Have done a number of orders with ryderwear and always been happy with the the products and returns system. Until now, its absolutely disgusting that you've changed the returns to credit note only when people are spending £100s of pounds on your clothing. I will never shop with you again nor will I recommend you to anyone. You should be ashamed of yourselves for practically robbing people. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. There are so many active wear brands PLEASE Stay away from this one. Customer service is not existent returns process is a shambles and I was issues a gift card for returning faulty items!

Terrible service

Terrible service. I do not recommend using the company's services. Two purchases and two problems. They sent me only part of the goods and did NOT return the money. The managers did not respond for a long time, then gave a discount coupon instead of a refund. This is disgusting!

Do not purchase

Do not purchase, I wish I was aware of the lack or inability to give a return / store credit. It’s been 14 days since my order was returned to them. I still haven’t received a store credit.
It would be illegal to do that in a store once an item was given back. I also paid for the items to be sent back. All in brand new condition with all the tags on as they were sent straight back. In total a whole month since my original $300 purchase. Which was delayed for over a week to be sent out even though I purchased express shipping 1-3 day delivery. Absolutely devastated by the whole ordeal.

UK Buyers - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Guys, this has to be the worst gym brand I’ve ever dealt with.

If you’re from the UK please just stick to Gymshark. There’s a reason why they are miles ahead in this game after experiencing this company. The customer service is awful, all they do is disagree and tell you things that aren’t true.

The returns policy is ridiculous, who on earth keeps the customers money and sends them a gift card to buy more from them again, how far behind must you be to offer that?

DO NOT pay for express delivery. It takes the same amount of time as normal delivery and they won’t refund you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Returns process

I often buy from Ryderwear, and on this occasion I needed to return 3 items from a total of 19 purchased on the last order. I have been sent in circles and have had to ask Support six times for the return form to be emailed due to an error message via the Returns Link. Each time the support team give me the same Return Items link which has been showing an error message the last 4-5 days. The error message states “the form will be emailed in 24-48hours and a member of our team will be in contact.” Neither has occurred.

Not a fan

Not a fan. First time buying their products. Spent over $300 3 bras. 2 shorts. And 2 leggings and I absolutely hate them. Feels thin and cheap, doesn't suit or mold with my body shape and I can tell these are for skinny people with low % body fat and it gives you the worst fat rolls and looks awful. And just for reference I'm a size M 10/12 who does weight training 75kg. Will never buy again.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED

You are thieves. Simply AVOID the brand.
I feel I’ve just been robbed because they refuse to refund me for the returned items. I am so disappointed with Ryderwear. I used to love their brand but they changed their quality and the leggings I bought did not suit me. When I returned the items they told me that they cannot refund me the money and they can only provide store credit. What am I supposed to do with this?!

Absolutely avoid this business when…

Absolutely avoid this business when shopping from the UK. Took almost a month to come. Had to return some items as they weren't good enough and have been refused a refund despite UK law. Deceptive returns policy wording and delivery timeframes on their website.
Zero refunds available under any circumstances.
AVOID.

Really dissapointed

Really dissapointed, they refused my return package and don't want to return my money, they don't answer my emails. I had never had such a bad experience when shopping online, the first store that doesn't refund money. And they also didn't accept my return package so I didn't even get a store credit for 2 orders. They stole my money and ignore me.

Love this activewear- i have around 10+ gym sets from them - always great quality , and to mention one time i had issues- it was solved very quickly and i got full refund before sending item back .

Unfortunately it has went downhill for…

Unfortunately it has went downhill for UK/eu buyers.

Can't get a refund at all now (not sure when this changed) and customer service don't care regardless of the reason. I bought a bag, which has no sizing dimensions etc on their website. Turns out it's too small for what purpose I need it for and they refuse to issue a refund even though it's only £19. This is because they have changed their policy so they only provide a store credit after you have to pay £5.99 for return postage. It is against UK law to not provide a refund when items are bought online so I have went to my credit card for them to claw the money back. I've bought hundreds of pounds of ryderwear and found them great until this recent issue, they have lost a customer in me and my friends for the lack of care given. beware if from UK/Europe!

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I have purchased from the site many times in the past and the items themselves are fine (the quality is not quite as good as other brands but they have a huge range and great colours). I recently made a large order and had a few things that I wanted to return. They no longer do returns to your original payment method and only via store credit. This isn’t clearly stated when you place an order. You also have to pay to make a return. I will not be using ryderwear again in the future because of this.

very bad quality

I am in sock about how bad quality the leggings are. I wanted to try for very long time and now that was discounted because of Black Friday I finally bought. PLEASE STAY AWAY from light colours they are incredibly transparent you can see except the underwear even my tattoos…. I don’t even need to squat or anything….And I even took one of the leggings bigger size and still is transparent!

Shocking

Shocking. They recently changed their return policy unbeknown to me. I had never ordered but my sister had previously - we checked the Black Friday page and it said simple easy returns policy extended number of days. I placed a large order as I didn’t know what size I was, and I needed a lot of gymwear.

The 2nd order hasn’t arrived luckily - 2 weeks after order but they ignore your emails / customer service tickets. I’ve asked them to cancel the order but they aren’t responding.

So be very aware, the quality is also rubbish. Cheap crap. I will stick with SB in future. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Update: I have now had a response which just repeats itself that they don’t accept returns which contravenes Consumer Regulations 2013, you can legally cancel goods bought online at within 14 days (minimum) - they are refusing to log a complaint and ignoring my request to cancel an order not received yet.

REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS

Just because they based on Oz they are bound by UK consumer law these rogues to Trading Standards. Also report to them to your bank.

Don’t refund for returns anymore!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been ordering from here for years and generally love their Leggings. However, I’ve recently ordered from them to find that their returns policy has changed and this wasn’t clear until I went through the process of returning the items.

I placed two orders during their recent sale. One has arrived however the items don’t look right, nothing to do with the sizing, they just don’t suit me, which happens with lots of clothes for many people (which is why people like to have the option try clothes on first).

They now don’t offer refunds but a store credit on items. Imagine if you’d ordered several different sizes to see which fits first and then you can’t return the ones that don’t fit you properly. I’m sure that they will lose lots of business with this strategy and lots of loyal customers will stop ordering because of this.

I won’t be ordering again from here.

Finally a pair of women’s trackies that look and feel lux! They’re roomy in the leg and fitted in the waist. Material is fairly thick too. I am 55kg’s and 165cm’s tall. I ordered size small and they fit perfectly.
