My experience has been great
My experience has been great. Good quality headphones, designed for running and at a super price. Definitely prefer these to Airpods, as the fit is better.
Excellent running headphones
Excellent running headphones. They're brilliantly designed and they were on a great offer. Would like to get a second pair!
Ryme audio : The one trick pony.
Thank you to JabbaReviews for showing me this company and product.
Overview : Ryme audio is a company based in the United Kingdom and sells a fully wireless IEMs.
Packaging : it came with the usual pamphlets, Some silicon ear tips and the charging case along with the headphones,Good so far.
Fitment and comfort :
Now I'm going on a tangent here, These are small, Very small, Like it was designed to fit into smaller ears, Now either I have elephant sized ears or this was a compromise, I managed to fit them with the mid sized tips and they hired and where super uncomfortable, Moved up the tip size then it was tolerable, although the backside of my ears, Where the " hooks " are, starts to get super uncomfortable over long periods of time.
Now for the meat and potatoes, sound :
Now, as the name implies, These are SPORT wireless IEMS, and for sport iems, Bass is important and let me tell you, These are not lacking, The bass is full and the sub bass are no slouches, But turn up the volume, the bass can loose control and become untainted, almost too boomy.
Mids : these are sport based mids, Although not terrible, Not the best either, for sport activity, I would consider these below average at best.
Highs : almost none existence and at times high peak stings ears depending from track to track.
Sound stage and imaging :
Ask for sound stage and instruments separation from this IEM is asking for too much.
Final thoughs : as you can see, Ryme audio, in my opinion, has taken a headphone from the popular website Alibaba, slaped their name on it and called it a day, while going to the Alibaba website you can see bunch of similar products in display for what I'm guessing a little bit more of a cheaper price, no I might be wrong in this assumption maybe they have put up the capital and research and development and everything on top of it to create this product, Either way, for almost 50 euros, Its a good enough of a sports IEM at it's price, is there better alternatives in the price category? Very likely. But for what it is, It does it's job almost perfectly, the genres that I would highly recommend you listen to with these is trap, Hip hop and rock in general, anything else would seem off and Ryme audios iems weaknesses start to shine.

I placed an order a couple of days ago
I placed an order a couple of days ago, the running headphones are top quality. Airpods don't fit my ears, so I've been looking around to get a pair that will actually work for me. These ones fit without any troubles.
Plus, they don't fall insecure either, so I think I'll be able to get lots of productive long runs without having to worry about my headphones falling out.
Will have to keep testing them but first impressions are that they are superb.
Comparing the sound quality to Airpods, I would say the bass is very impressive, although for clarity I would give it to the Airpods, however, they do cost 4 times as much!
Really great product, I haven't been in touch with the company but all seems fine thus far.

The cable broke, but great customer care
The cable for the charging case broke after 4 months. But I emailed them and they sent through a new cable free of charge. Their customer service team were incredibly friendly, quick to respond and were happy to help. The headphones are great. I just would like them to have a longer charge time than they do.

Awful Customer Service and Faulty Products
Ordered a pair of headphones from Ryme after reading good reviews on their website. However, I have now come to the conclusion that these reviews must be fake. I received the headphones and the actual headphones work fine however the charging case does not charge. I emailed about my issue and quickly got a response, however, the response didn't help me at all and I replied asking for a refund or some new headphones to be sent out and I would happily return the faulty pair. I have now emailed 4 times and had no response. Very poor customer service.

EITHER DEAF OR IGNORANT
I have sent FIVE e mails to this company and as yet I have had no reply. I continue to report to them about the faulty earphones which I have had for just over a month. The left earphone has stopped working altogether and nothing I have tried seems to make it work.
They offer a 30 day money back guarantee and a 1 year warranty. You have got no chance of a 30 day money back as they will not reply within that time period. I may however, get some sort of reply before the 1 year warranty runs out, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Complete lack of response from this company, despite e mailing directly and via their own website. Waste of time (FIVE E MAILS) and waste of money (£52.98)
