Paid for a Premium Service I Still Can’t Use
I am leaving a one-star review because my experience with this online platform has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have paid for an expensive programme, yet for weeks I have had no proper access to the Turnitin AI detection feature — the main reason I subscribed in the first place.
Every day I log in hoping the issue will finally be resolved, but I keep receiving the same vague messages: “tomorrow”, “within 48 hours”, or shifting timelines that are never respected. On the platform itself, the stated turnaround time is 12 hours, yet the problem remains unresolved after weeks.
What makes this even more concerning is the lack of clear communication and the absence of a real solution from customer support. The chat provides generic responses rather than practical updates or accountability.
As a paying user who relies on this service daily, I expect transparency, realistic timelines, and functional tools — not continuous delays and uncertainty. Until the service I paid for is fully restored, I cannot recommend this platform.

The Turnitin AI reports failed plethora of times. They charge 3.99$ for a service which 50% of the times never work. I have asked many times for refund, and they only provide me with new "free" report. Inconsistent service.

I have the Emerald plan for Ryne AI
I have the Emerald plan for Ryne AI, I have used the humanize service for about 250,000 words worth of University Assignments so far. I can say that it does pass Turnitin and most AI detectors, however you need very specific customized settings when humanizing, and you can not just upload the humanized text you do need to read over it and adjust a few things manually but this service is definitely worth the money!
