★☆☆☆☆ 1/5

★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – “Sizes are lies, customer service is worse”
I ordered three pairs of 32×32 jeans from Rases in early December.
Every pair arrived with the same tag (32×32) yet every pair measured differently: waist 30 in, inseam 34 in—two inches too tight and two inches too long. Same brand, same “size,” same fault on all three.
I contacted customer service the day they arrived. I was told “return within 14 days unworn and undamaged.” I complied: jeans were tried on only, all original tags attached, no marks, no creases, packaged the same day. I posted them back immediately, but Christmas post delays meant they landed one day outside the 14-day window.
Rases is now refusing the refund, blaming me for “late return” while ignoring the fact the goods were mis-labelled and not as described. Emails are copy-paste brush-offs; phone staff hide behind “policy.”
Bottom line: the company ships incorrectly-sized stock and then uses a rigid returns window—knowing full-well December post is slow—to keep your money. They take zero responsibility for their own manufacturing / labelling errors.

I will never buy from Rases again.

Reply from Ryses

Dear Aaron Nealis,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the sizing discrepancies and the subsequent issues with your return process.

We understand that receiving three pairs of jeans with the same labeling but incorrect measurements is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, we recognize that holiday shipping delays are outside of your control, and arriving just one day outside the return window—especially for faulty or mislabeled items—should be handled with more flexibility.

We value your feedback regarding our customer service and policy enforcement. We would like to personally review your case and find a fair solution regarding your refund.

Please contact us directly at contact@ryses.com with your order number and a reference to this review so we can resolve this for you immediately.

Sincerely,

Ryses Team
