Bad service
Referring to your response, first: there is no mention on your invoice what the payment is for, just that £60 was received. Second:when you were notified that I will be home after 4pm, your response was that its too late and you will have to reschedule for next week. All of your reply is a pure fiction. Best to close this correspondence as its clean that you have no intention to honor your duty and refund the £15.00.

Easy to order and then collect. We actually went on a closed day not realising and someone was on site who was happy to help to save us the extra trip again.

Sent wrong salts blocks
Ordered mini curve salt blocks, received large rectangular salt blocks. These don't fit my softener. Have emailed them but have had no response as yet
