Fraudster, Shyster - avoid
got electrocuted from his first machine. Made the mistake of going back when in urgent need- just for a mixer. He's a one man band and has totally defrauded me. He said he had a machine in stock because I needed one urgently, gave me a tracking number that turned out to have no collection date.
Over the next month or so he kept promising me a refund, telling me this day and that day only to stop answering my calls after all the days passed. he's since taken his email offline.
I think they're going under and he's resorting to outright theft. I've reported them to actionfraud and have to go to court to try to get my £3 grand back, but im not sure I'll ever see it. Avoid dealing with Sebastiano Sorrenti (Seb Sorrenti), he is the one man band running it and cannot be trusted to deal with the public honourably at all. He has been reported to the police and local council.
I've had significantly better customer service and machinery buying direct from china! Didn't expect to get 100% ripped off by a registered uk limited company.
