I found SaabPartners on the internet whilst looking for an ECU for a 2010 Saab 9-3. I had tried several other companies in the UK who were all unable to source a replacement part.
I emailed SaabPartners, based in the Netherlands, in the faint hope that they may be able to help me and was thoroughly impressed by their communication, knowledge and parts availability.
After a few emails I called and spoke to both Dirk and Reier who both really know their stuff and allayed any concerns I May have had, consequently I placed an order for a brand new unit with additional factory tune and all programmed to my specific vehicle. I needed to send my original unit over to them and they updated me as soon as they received it.
Turn-around time for the programming was super quick and communication good throughout, I was invoiced once the unit was ready and it was dispatched straight away, arriving 2 days later.
The car started perfectly upon fitting and goes like a rocket now.
SaabParters is a five star outfit from start to finish and it’s an absolute pleasure to be able to recommend them.

I ordered a very rare NOS Saab part for my 1986 900 Aero/SPG, and the team at Saabpartners was A++++. I emailed them first to verify that they actually had this rare part in stock -- they emailed back same day to confirm. I ordered, and the part was shipped from Europe to the USA. Was sent in wonderful packaging, and arrived unharmed. I was worried as it was a fragile trim part. Great to have Saabpartners out there to keep our older and newer Saabs running. I really have never received better customer service !
