Slow delivery and poor email communications

Changed from 1 star to 3 because it at least turned up. I bought some dye from this company. Their email communication is terrible, there was no delivery notification when I placed the order. I've emailed them twice, to the email address on the stripe receipt and had no response, I then called the number on the Stripe receipt and spoken to a lady who told me I should have received them last week.

It took over 2 weeks to arrive, but it did turn up!
