I’ve made two purchases from Saberlight and was so impressed by the quality of the product, I decided to leave them a review - but after googling reviews for this company I stumbled upon Trustpilots website, which shows mainly negative reviews for Saberlight, so I took the time to review other review websites of Saberlight. I don’t understand how other sites can have 200-300 reviews at over 4 stars (mainly 5 star reviews) compared to this site that shows 11 reviews mainly 1 stars. So I did some research on Trustpilot and after reading peoples reviews on reddit, I decided it’s literally a scam-based review website, and I don’t know how anyone can take it seriously. I HIGHLY recommend buying from Saberlight AND doing further research into the trustworthiness of TrustPilot before believing anything on here.

Absolutely horrendous company. Raised a charging issue got sent basic troubleshooting. Replied straight after stating it didn’t work and this was just after Xmas. 3 weeks later no response so contacted my credit card company. They’ve sent the most ridiculous email now stating I am defrauding them (not sure how the sale of defective goods, and a customer getting a refund results in fraud) and said they’re involving solicitors and a private investigator.

Honestly this is laughable. They claim to be a Uk company but then have an Australian domain and shipping from Hong Kong.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

Ordered saberlight for my son for Christmas believing I was purchasing from a uk company. When I contacted them re delivery they said they couldn’t guarantee as this was actually being shipped from HONG KONG! It states 5-7 days for delivery however, when I contacted them they said you have to allow 1-3 to process order on top of the 5-7 days! I ordered from another company (uk) as my son wanted this for Christmas, I notified them of this and explained I no longer wanted their item, the saber arrived with me Christmas Eve and is of very poor quality compared to the other one I bought elsewhere. I contacted them for a returns label and their reply was “we do not provide returns labels” which is fair enough however, they want me to return the item to HONG KONG at my expense! They have provided me with an address but it’s going to cost a lot to return, I suspect they do this so as you do not return the item due to the expense!
Very sleazy replies from them throughout repeating “May the force be with you”

Product is naff so avoid at all costs!!!

Removed light saber from box/bubble wrap and while doing so noticed a very small something on the surface below. Luckily I kept it as it later transpired it was a decorative screw (upon inspection another screw had also become detached and was in the bubble wrap bag but photos of missing/ loose screws weresupplied). Rechargable battery wouldn't fully charge and saber worked after a fashion by not following the supplied instructions. Customer service has alot to be desired and had to involve PayPal. Saberlight wanted us to return the light saber at our cost (£30) saying we hadn't supplied the requested video of the light not working.....this wasn't requested until PayPal were involved. Cheaper for us to buy an identical new battery and charger from Amazon for £5.95....if saber light had done this in the first instance andsuppliedmissingscrews, this would be a positive review. Do your due diligence and don't buy from here.

We purchased a Ezra V3 from them on the 29.10 it arrived on the 4.11. There is a manufacturing issue with it where the collar won't screw on because the thread doesn't match. We have sent photos and videos numerous times and they have sent new pieces but the issue is still the same.Now they want more videos to explain the same problem . Very disappointed and it feels like instead of listening to us they are trying to brush us off. Anyone else looking to purchase this particular saberlight will have the same problem. Definitely a manufacturing fault as it won't screw on the right way only backwards and them holes won't line up to screw in screws.

I placed an order with Saberlight and received no shipping update or tracking for several days. Since my order had not shipped, I requested a cancellation. The company cancelled the order but did not issue a refund.

Delivery company left product in unsecure location. After not receiving product, contacted Saberlight who offered no replacement or refund and are now ignoring my emails. Having to issue a dispute with my bank to claim money back.

Great, fast customer service and amazing product. Would recommend.

I am so very pleased with my Ani SE. It came in some fancy box with a nice bubble wrap coating enclosing the hilt. I use this saber as my primary combat saber now, and I am probably going too use it in my next fan film. Good stuff Saberlight keep it up.
