Extremely disappointing experience with SabreTheory
Extremely disappointing experience with Sabre Theory. My son ordered a two sabre promotion, but product images were misleading—second blade shown with a hilt, but only the blade arrived and an empty hilt box. The other hilt was not fitting the blade - so worthless. No solution offered, no refund, no discount, just long-winded emails and excuses. My 13-year-old son spent his pocket money and was left with a useless part. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Great Saber with lots of customization, with a app to ease experience. The battery is okay, the weakest part of the Saber.
Do not buy
I bought a saber last year. After three months of owning it, it caught on fire, and the support only gave 70 percent back. Don't buy these sabers!

They sent me the wrong light saber and…
They sent me the wrong light saber and they still have not corrected the issue. They just keep saying a team is dealing with it but nothing actually gets done. I then charged the saber and it would not actually turn on properly and turns itself off and the sound is completely cut off and distorted. So not only did they send me the wrong blade, it is also broken.
I wish I had checked this website first as I have seen multiple 1 star reviews all saying the same thing, faulty products and some are still chasing them after THREE months to get their money back.
The products ship form China. How hard can it be to send the correct blade out? Just call the factory and send it.
Not ONLY that, they emailed me saying anyone that buys their product will get a $20 refund IF they leave a good review! Surely this goes against trading standards? I can see this is likely due to all the 1 star reviews that are piling up. ( Email Text below )

Customer service goes above and beyond everytime!
Don't believe their discount offers!!
I tried to use the $20 off your first order discount but it wasn't applied at the checkout. When I contacted Customer Service I was told that it was an old, invalid discount code. I proved them wrong by evidencing that I was offered the discount the exact same day that I ordered. Then they said it was an offer for my second purchase. I proved them wrong by evidencing that the offer said discount on my first order. Then they said the discount was not available for the saber I ordered. I proved them wrong by evidencing that the offer did not stipulate for which sabers the discount was being offered. Customer Service gave me the run around for months and eventually told me to engage the management team over social media. I did that a month ago and was ignored. Since then any attempt to contact Customer Service has been ignored.
You might be lucky and get what you ordered but if you have any problem don't expect this company to do anything.
They advertise falsely and breach EU Consumer laws.
AVOID THIS COMPANY, BUY ELSEWHERE
Broken or bad qualified saber chosen by Sabertheory customer service
I ordered Luke’s neopixel lightsaber back in September but sabertheory didn’t send me any informations or news for 1 month and they told me my lightsaber is unavailable. The question is why didn’t they tell me in first place? And why after month later when I was keep sending an emails? SaberTheory did offer me other saber but it’s not even loud and can’t even connect with Bluetooth like my Xenopixel Ben saber. Also when I got my new saber, it was unable to turn it off, not even loud, and unable to connect with Bluetooth. Even though sabertheory is one of the greatest lightsaber shop, I’m dissapointed with sabertheory customer service and product.

Rip off artists!
Dont fall for the buy one get one free, their website will tell you its unlocked, but you wont get it and they will give you the run around. If you have already been a victim of this company please contact the Better Business Bureau, State Consumer Protection Agency, and the Federal Trade Commision on these guys. I am giving them one more week to honor their deal and make it right, I dont think they will as they dont like to respond with a solution just jabber and deflection. They rip people off so make sure you do something about it.
RESPONSE: I got a screen shot of it saying I unlocked the free saber, that was why I purchased in the first place for a two children you guys screwed over. Say what you want, but you did not honor the offer and I have screen shots and an email from a response that is going to the BBB and working on a case with the consumer affairs department to file a complaint against your rip off tactics.
...like I said rip off artist, you will hear from me in the future just stand by. I just hope others will come forward and we can start a class action lawsuit, I've read some other stories so anyone reading this please take a minute to contact the BBB and your states consumer affairs office, build and submit all complaints and let some time lapse so you can show they did nothing to correct their wrongs. Fight tyrants like this or they will continenue.

These are amazing. I could not be happier with my purchase. The manual is great the gesture learning curve is steep, but with a bit of practice it is easily mastered. Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. Quick replies and kind staff. I had a problem with my speaker on an older proffie chassis model and they sent me a new more durable chassis and it works great. Will definitely be buying from here a lot in the future. The only one thing I'd like to change about the website is to have more info about what things are made of, how to use the different boards, features lists for the boards and maybe a online version of the user manual for easy access. However with the fast response times its no issue to just ask for the information via email. Other than that I'm happy with this website.
