Initial enquiry

Dear Sabio, I intend to join the Sabio journey but rated you 4 based on my impression to date.
I live in Australia and wondering what entities oversee Sabio and its platforms.
In Australia we have ASIC.

Do you provide full explanation of your products, rules etc in PDF format for example?

Do you offer discounts for pensioners and people with a disability?
This would be a great introduction these groups.

I would like to use my Samsung Android, 5G, will that be suitable?
Looking forward to your response.

Thanks.

Excellent experience with SabioTrade - $5K Payout Received

I received a $5,000 payout from SabioTrade and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The process from the initial request to the funds hitting my bank account took just a couple of days. The platform is solid, rules are transparent, and they definitely deliver when it comes to payouts. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a dependable prop firm!

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage?

First of all rules are trash and unclear. You can’t daytrade because everytime you place a high value trade it’s marked as risky and I got my account suspended? I placed 2 trades and I wasn’t even down the original capital but they suspended my account. You can’t select your own leverage and I got the feeling the spread is way worse than on other places. But FIXED leverage is just headache.

Absolute garbage of a place to trade like don’t call yourself professional trader if you use this absolute garbage of a platform. Too much restrictions and too much rules. Even if you are profitable they will limit you and get you suspended.

If you want a funded account and if you take trading seriously this is last place where you need to trade.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that our trading environment may feel restrictive if your strategy relies on high-risk or high-margin positions.

While we cannot identify your account from this review, restrictions or suspensions are applied based on the rules accepted before joining. Like most prop firms, we apply daily loss limits, maximum drawdown rules, consistency requirements, and restrictions on risky trading behavior. In our case, trades risking more than 80% of available margin are not allowed. These rules are public in our Terms and Conditions www.sabiotrade.com/terms, our FAQ on our website, our Dashboard, and we send frequent email reminders and notifications to our traders about their trading activity and the conditions applicable to their plan.

We understand that our model may not fit every trading style. If your preference is for very high-risk, high-margin trading without these types of controls, SabioTrade may not be the right prop firm for you. We focus on supporting traders who aim to build long-term, consistent, and responsible trading habits.

If you believe your account was suspended incorrectly, please contact our support team at support@sabiotrade.com so we can review your case in detail.

First payout

Assement made in 7 trading days, was approved, traded on a fundedaccount for 3 days, and made a first payout, to see if it all works,
After payout it was not possible to trade again. drawdown was 0 % so on execution of a new trade it breached, because of the spread of the buy. very very bad rule. There should be a warning on payout that after payout you can not trade because of that rule.

thank you for your reply, A simple pop-up with a warning would make the difference. for a 5 star experience or not.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that situations like this can be frustrating. However, the rule you mention regarding account equity after a payout request is not a hidden or unexpected condition.

We make considerable efforts to communicate this rule clearly across several official resources. It is explained in our Terms and Conditions (sabiotrade.com/terms), in our FAQ section (https://sabiotrade.com/#faq), and in our educational materials designed to help traders understand how funded accounts operate, including this public video on our official YouTube channel (for example at minute 2:24): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Dg6mguI86Q&t=168s

Once a payout has been requested, the account equity cannot fall below the initial account balance. This requirement exists to ensure that traders maintain responsible risk management while operating funded accounts. If a new position is opened and the spread or floating loss temporarily brings the equity below the starting balance, the system will automatically trigger a breach.

In addition, our traders always have the possibility to reach out to our support team or to our trading mentors if they have any doubts about account rules before or during their trading. We are always happy to clarify how the system works so that traders can operate their accounts with full confidence.

We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future trading journey.

About Sabio Trade:
Regarding a review, I am very satisfied and consider the platform and the number of available instruments above average.
I must admit that at the beginning, it was difficult to understand the multiple obstacles to a simple account opening. I also didn’t understand how they accepted an account without first requesting KYC.
I can see that this has been improved, as well as the ease of deposit with more options.
I have been recommending SabioTrade.
I was mistaken about the platform’s reliability, and I can factually confirm that it deserves 5 stars.

We understand that the initial onboarding process and account setup can sometimes feel complex. Over the past months, we have worked hard to simplify the registration process, improve payment options, and make the overall client experience smoother while still maintaining the security and compliance standards required in the industry.

Warning ! Massive Price Manipulation- 40$ Deviation from CME

I am writing this to warn the trading community about SabioTrade's fraudulent price feed. I have documented evidence showing that their Gold (XAUUSD) price deviated by more than $40 (4,000 pips) from the global benchmark (CME/Chicago) specifically to hit my stop loss.
When I confronted them, they admitted in an email that they are a "Market Maker" and their prices are "independent" from CME or Reuters. This is not a dynamic spread; it is a synthetic price trap. I have been communicating with them for a week, and they refuse to acknowledge this blatant manipulation or refund my $80 fee.
I have attached screenshots comparing their platform's fake prices against the real market prices. Do not trust them with your money. They are a "Casino," not a broker.

Dear Mohammed Eydo,

We understand your concern and frustration regarding the price differences you observed; however, we would like to clarify that we do not manipulate prices on our platform. SabioTrade works with a propietary trading platform that operates as a market maker environment. We aim to provide a trading environment that resembles real market conditions as closely as possible, but we provide quotes according to our specific quote providers. Consequently, price action and processes on our platform may not correspond exactly with those shown on other platforms.

Our Prop-Trading rules are established to be monitored within our specific environment and the trading conditions we provide. Please also note that our spreads are dynamic, and we inform our traders about this through our media and communication channels.

Regarding your request for a refund, as stated in our Terms and Conditions (www.sabiotrade.com/terms (https://www.sabiotrade.com/terms)), we do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased on our website as the services are provided immediately after the purchaseand traders are requested to accept Terms and Conditions before registering. This policy is strictly upheld, especially in instances where there have been no errors, technical issues, or similar events affecting the normal functioning of the trading platform.

Everything is fine until the payout comes. Then they block your account and say that your account was blocked "because you did not follow the rules". Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We take statements like this very seriously, as transparency and fairness are fundamental principles of our program.

At SabioTrade, payouts are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Accounts are never blocked simply because a payout is requested. However, every payout request triggers a standard compliance and risk review. If violations of the trading rules are identified during that review — including prohibited strategies or breaches of risk parameters — the account may be suspended or terminated in line with the program rules agreed upon at registration.

This process exists to ensure equal and fair trading conditions for all participants. The same rules apply before and after a payout request.

We would be glad to review your specific case publicly and transparently. Please contact us at support@sabiotrade.com with your account details so we can provide a clear explanation of the decision taken on your account.

Our goal is always to maintain a fair environment for disciplined traders, and we remain fully committed to that standard.

I used SabioTrade not for a long time, but I succeeded in getting my first payout after one week. Gladly, I had lucky trades and could 5x my investment haha . Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

At the moment, we are unable to identify any account in our system that matches the limited information associated with this review. For that reason, we cannot verify that this experience took place on our platform.

We would also like to clarify an important point: we do not have a standalone mobile app. Our platform is web-based and accessible through a browser, although it is fully optimized for mobile devices. Because of this, the behavior described — such as app-related tab responsiveness or duplicated order execution due to app malfunction — does not align with how our system is structured.

Order execution on our platform is server-based. A trade cannot randomly “duplicate” without two confirmed execution requests being sent, and every order attempt is logged in the system. If a trade fails to execute, there is always a technical record explaining the reason (such as margin requirements, connectivity interruptions, or price changes).

Regarding stop-loss (SL) and take-profit (TP) presets: these are visible and adjustable before confirming any trade. We strongly encourage all traders to double-check position size, SL, and TP before execution, especially in a prop-trading environment where risk limits are strictly enforced.

If you genuinely experienced technical difficulties, we invite you to contact our support team with your registered email, device type, browser version, and approximate time of the issue. With concrete data, we can investigate server logs and provide a precise explanation.

We are fully committed to transparency and technical reliability, but we also believe that reviews should reflect verifiable platform experiences.

Hello Ray,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify several important points for transparency.

Our Terms and Conditions are publicly available at all times on our website:
All traders are required to read and explicitly accept the Terms and Conditions before completing registration and purchasing an account. These rules are not introduced after joining.

In addition:

Our FAQ section explains key rules and common scenarios in clear language.

We provide access to SabioAcademy, which contains hundreds of educational materials covering trading rules, risk management, and platform usage.

Every trader also has the opportunity to book free mentoring sessions directly from their dashboard, where rules and strategies can be explained in detail by a human mentor.

Regarding your account:
Your account was closed because the assessment rules were breached, not because of a scam or an undisclosed condition. You were not asked to repay or charged again. You were simply informed that the assessment had failed and that, if you wished to continue trading with us, you could purchase a new assessment, which is standard practice across the prop-trading industry.

We also want to clarify that while we use AI tools for initial support responses, human agents review cases and decisions, and traders are always encouraged to reach out for clarification or mentoring if something is unclear.

We respect that not every prop firm is the right fit for every trader, but we stand by the transparency of our rules and the educational and support resources we provide.

Kind regards,

Account Refused Despite Following Limits

I completed a SabioTrade assessment and was subsequently refused a funded account for what was described as “all-in” or gambling-style trading, despite remaining within the stated margin and drawdown limits and without any clearly defined position-sizing or exposure thresholds provided at the time of trading.

In follow-up correspondence, support repeatedly referenced broad concepts such as that they are supporting “sustainability” and “long-term trading,” but was unable or unwilling to identify any objective, numeric rule that had been violated or that could be clearly complied with going forward.

I was explicitly told there are no fixed risk percentages and that decisions are evaluated individually, which effectively means outcomes are determined case-by-case using subjective and non-transparent criteria.

I attempted in good faith to seek clarification and reconsideration, but received only generic, templated responses and no concrete guidance.

Traders should be aware that even if you trade within the published limits, accounts can still be failed, as mine was, based on subjective interpretations of risk, strategy, or trading style after the fact.

Hello Jackson Griffiths,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take reviews seriously and would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and transparency.

First, after carefully checking our records, we do not have any trader registered from Australia under the name provided in this review. For this reason, we are unable to verify that this review corresponds to an actual SabioTrade account or assessment. That said, we will still address the points raised in a general and transparent manner.

When an account is identified as engaging in prohibited trading behavior, the trader always receives an email explaining the reason, including the relevant details of the case. In addition, traders have the permanent option to book a free mentoring session directly from their dashboard, where a human mentor can review their trading behavior, explain the rules in practical terms, and provide guidance on how to remain within acceptable limits going forward.

Regarding “all-in” or gambling-style behavior:
This concept is clearly defined in our Terms and Conditions:

All-in behavior refers to excessive risk-taking relative to the account balance, such as:

* Risking a disproportionately large portion of the account in a single trade, or

* Accumulating excessive exposure across multiple trades at the same time

* Even if margin and drawdown limits are not technically breached, such behavior violates our consistency and risk-management rules, which are designed to promote sustainable, professional trading rather than short-term, high-risk strategies.

Evaluations are based on objective analysis of exposure, margin usage, concentration of risk, and consistency, all of which are outlined in our rules and educational materials.

We understand that our evaluation model may not suit every trading style, and we respect that traders may prefer firms with different risk frameworks. However, we stand by the transparency of our rules, the communication provided when actions are taken, and the multiple support and mentoring resources available to traders who seek clarification.

If the reviewer wishes to clarify their case, we remain open to reviewing it—provided verifiable account details are shared with our support team.

Kind regards,
The SabioTrade Team

Hello curtis,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We’d like to clarify a few important points for context. Unfortunately, the reviewer did not provide any personal or account details, which means we are unable to verify the case or check whether a payout request was actually submitted and processed.

Payout timelines at SabioTrade depend on several factors:

Payment method: Some payout methods are nearly instant, while bank transfers can take up to 5 business days, depending on the banking system involved.

Risk and compliance checks: As part of our responsibility as a prop-trading firm, our risk department may randomly select accounts for additional review to ensure our consistency and risk-management rules are met. These checks are standard in the industry and may slightly extend the processing time.

If a trader has traded fairly and complies with our rules, the payout is completed and the funds are paid. There is no incentive or practice to withhold legitimate earnings.

We always encourage traders to contact our support team directly and share their account details so we can review the situation transparently and provide accurate assistance. Without that information, broad statements like this remain very general and do not reflect the full picture of our payout process.

Kind regards,
The SabioTrade Team

Assessment Churn Business

The concept is good but the assessment process is not well explained. There are many rules at the assessment stage including high-frequency trading. However "high frequency trading" is not defined. I had placed three consecutive trades and had an assessment balance higher than the startung balance but was blocked, meaning I had to pay for a new assessment. Since when was making a profit worth blocking at the assessment stage. Why not allow to continue and give more time to assess trading pattern et. In my view SabioTrade is not a trading platform but an assessment churn business. Block as many people as possible to generate revenue from assessments. Other platforms may be the same but I recommend looking elsewhere before committing to SabioTrade.

Hello Ron,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that being blocked during an assessment can feel frustrating, especially when expectations around the rules are not fully aligned.

After reviewing your trading history, we would like to clarify a few important points. You traded five assessment accounts in total:
* The first three accounts were breached due to exceeding the Daily Loss Limit or the Maximum Trailing Drawdown.
* On the fourth account, you received a formal warning for engaging in all-in behavior. Despite the warning, the account was later breached after exceeding the Maximum Trailing Drawdown.
* The fifth account was breached again after our system detected repeated all-in trading behavior.

This is not related to profitability, but to risk management and trading behavior, which are core elements of any prop-trading assessment.

As clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, the following behavior is strictly prohibited:

“Engaging in inappropriate risk management practices, such as gambling, ‘all-in’ trading, or excessively leveraging positions, is strictly prohibited. Trading activity that resembles gambling—such as consistently placing trades prior to news releases or other binary events—will not be tolerated.
Excessive risk-taking and gambling are defined by the percentage of an account risked in a single trade or across a series of trades or positions. An ‘all-in’ trade refers to committing all or a substantial portion of available capital or margin to a single trade.
If you are found to be engaging in such activities, the Company reserves the right to immediately close your account.”

Regarding high-frequency trading: this does not mean “placing a few trades” or “being profitable quickly.” It refers to patterns where risk is concentrated aggressively over very short periods, often combined with excessive exposure or leverage. In your case, the issue was not trade frequency, but the size and concentration of risk, which falls under all-in behavior as defined above.

SabioTrade is not designed to block traders for being profitable. The assessment exists to evaluate whether a trader can operate consistently, sustainably, and within defined risk parameters. Traders who pass do so not by short-term outcomes, but by respecting risk rules over time.

We appreciate your feedback and encourage any trader who is unsure about the rules to review our Terms and Conditions (www.sabiotrade.com/terms) and educational resources before trading. Our goal is not churn, but to fund traders who demonstrate disciplined and professional risk management.

We wish you the best in your future trading endeavors!

Hello Sizo Mkhize,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how worrying it can be to feel uncertain about a withdrawal, and we’d like to clarify the situation.

Your payout request for 220 USD was reviewed and approved by our team, and the withdrawal was successfully processed on December 17, 2025, as communicated to you. The funds were sent to the crypto wallet address you provided in your payout request.

We also shared with you the blockchain transaction confirmation, which shows that the transfer was completed successfully on the TRON network and confirmed on-chain. (https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/02332da97b2e444ccefc7ce8f476f0b3471085fd3c8cfd57a422049b81b8ece5) Once a crypto transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the funds are fully delivered to the destination wallet and are no longer held or controlled by SabioTrade.

If the funds are not visible in your wallet, we strongly recommend:
* Checking that the wallet address and network (TRC-20) used are correct
* Contacting your wallet provider or exchange, as they are responsible for displaying and crediting incoming transactions

If you believe there is still an issue or need help reviewing the transaction details again, please reach out to us at support@sabiotrade.com. We are happy to assist and clarify everything step by step.

We remain committed to transparency and supporting our traders throughout the payout process.
