Saba Nutrition & Lifestyle changes have made all the difference!
I had the pleasure to start working with Saba last summer. Saba encouraged me to set my 3 key targets, which were to lose weight and eat more healthily, make more time for exercise and to improve my sleep. Through a series of planning meetings and check-ins, Saba helped me to change some lifestyle habits and also introduced me to new food types or alternatives to those I normally choose. Most of the alternatives I had not tried before and I really enjoyed the changes. Saba offered great advice, encouragement and also at times a more firmer word to keep me on track. Saba also reinforced the key point, that I was making the lifestyle changes for myself and therefore the whole process was all due to self determination to make the differences in my life. Taking time out of my busy schedule to stop and review the changes I needed to make, with Saab’s support, has been amazing. I cannot recommend Saba highly enough and thank her for making a big difference. I am now loving the sourdough options for bread and crumpets, eating more, fruit, nuts, pulses, vegetables and you will be pleased to know that if you engage with Saba you will also be offered an alternative to normal chocolate rather than having to give it up altogether, which certainly helped!
