The desert safari with SABSAN Holidays on 5th Nov was a delightful experience. Our guide Nadeem Riaz was an experienced driver who gave an excellent experience in dune bashing. Promptness in pickup and flexibility in dropoff were noteworthy. It was worth the money and time👍

It was a smooth experience with Sabsan travels. Team is very flexible with money transfers.

We took a farmhouse in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) for our office annual party/ family get-together through SABSAN travels. It has been a wonderful experience throughout the stay. The farm & farmhouse was kept very neat and clean. The farm manager Mr.Liton was very co-operative and helpful. We all had such a wonderful New year eve party. Thanks to Sabsan Holidays...

Sabsan holidays services are always up to the mark. I choose them always because I trust them. The team is very supportive and cooperative as I had to make plenty of changes to my trip. Mr. Gopa & Ms. Anitha helped me in arranging yet another UAE trip perfectly. I recommend SABSAN holidays honestly.

Totally awfull.We went there and was no place to seet.They trasfered us to another boat that was smelling bad ,food awful,service awful.After finished no driver to retirn at the pick point.Dont choose them. Too much money for no value

What was promised has been delivered.. it was a great experience for us.. everything was working and in good condition, neat and clean.. foreman (liton) is decent and supportive..

I booked the Catamaran Dinner Cruise for New Year's Eve 2021 through Sabsan. The sales representative Gopakumar was very professional and answered all my queries patiently and promptly. I highly recommend his services. The cruise was as detailed in the brochure. The staff was courteous and efficient. We watched the fireworks from 3 locations and generally had a good time.

Great experience booking the tour with sabsan. Got the help and guidence anytime. very professional approach including Pickup guy and staff on board.On the whole it was warm welcome to new year.

Sabsan's UAE Representative was most attentive and efficient throughout. For budgetary purposes we chose to stay in 3 star hotels in all three locations - Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Both Agra and Jaipur hotels were perfectly acceptable but our first hotel in Delhi, Hotel Vista, was frankly appalling - our rooms had been very recently painted and the strong smell of paint prevented all of us from sleeping, the bed linen was dirty, the bathroom towels were still damp from being washed, the rooms had no heating, the bathroom was basic, the dining room likewise and service from the hotel staff both slow and ill-tempered. As we were booked to stay in the same hotel on our return to Delhi later in the trip we refused to stay there again and agreed to pay extra to upgrade our final Delhi hotel to 4 star, which was a thousand times better!
In terms of the tour itself, unfortunately the weather in Delhi was cold and foggy - apparently Delhi had its coldest bay since 1930. So our final day in Delhi was disappointing. Agra sadly suffered from similar weather so our visit to the Taj was spoiled by the fog, although luckily we managed to get a better glimpse of it from the rear but from a distance the previous evening - but being a Friday the Taj itself was closed that day. However it is truly magnificent - just a shame the weather was so bad. Jaipur was for us the highlight - especially the Amber Fort. The weather too was perfect by this time. Of all our guides, the Taj one was by far the best. The others were knowledgeable but lacking in photographic skills. Our main driver - we had a new driver for our last day in Delhi - was also very good but was initially determined to set his own agenda when it came to our tours. He appeared to be more concerned on getting from a to b as quickly as he could in order to avoid traffic. However, we insisted on sticking to the set itinerary that had been agreed with Sabsan.
In summary, apart from the first hotel and the weather in Delhi and Agra, we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour and we would certainly recommend Sabsan to others, providing that our comments above were noted.

I have done a tour with this agency to US. excellent arrangements. I like the way they collect the information about our requirment and providing plenty of options with cost to choose from. I like the tour to statue of liberty with Sabsan arranged tour guide in particular. They ensure there is no surprises throughout the tour. kudos to team Sabsan.

Rapid Recovery!! I am pleased to recommend and advocate on behalf of Sabsan Holidays. We used Sabsan to book a family vacation. However, at boarding had unexpected visa problems. Sabsan made a rapid recovery and found us an alternative vacation (perhaps better than the original) for departure later that night. They were wonderful every step of the way!!
