Depuis le 12 décembre j’attends ma commande , j’ai appelé plusieurs fois sans aucun retour , laisse des messages , mais aucune réponse , j’ai 90€ en cours de traitement depuis presque 1 mois !
1 mois sans réponse contre 5 jours sur leur site c’est honteux ! J’attends désespérément un retour ou un remboursement sans aucun retour

EXCEPTIONNEL ! Je me suis trompé sur la taille du sac, j'ai contacté l'entreprise et j'ai échangé avec le patron, d'une gentillesse incroyable, il m'a repris le sac et m'a renvoyé le bon. Des personnes extrêmement gentille, écoute, disponibilité, amabilité. Je recommande vraiment cette entreprise. Je reviendrai si besoin.
