No way to know if their product is even any good

Terrible customer service. After 5 weeks I don't even have a tracking number, so who knows if their product is any good.

I ordered a package of paneer and cooking sauces for my son for his birthday, on March 31st. They usually ship on Mondays, so I figured at most two weeks to get to us. After 17 days of no updates, I finally started trying to contact the company to inquire about the status of my order.

The ONLY WAY to contact Sach Foods is through email or their Contact Us page, no phone number, chat, or way to get to a person. After multiple messages, I finally received an email stating they were out of a product I'd ordered, thus the delay. They offered a discount on a future order, but come on, that 15% off doesn't help me get my current order.

On April 25th, nearly a month after my order, I was told by customer support in another email that my order would ship Monday, April 29th. It is now May 7th and I still don't even have a tracking number. I also still have no way to contact anyone, except to send another email and wait, which I have done. But even if they do reply, will they just lie again about it shipping out?

To rub salt into the wound, I keep receiving automated emails from Sach asking me to leave a review to get 10% off. Those started on Apr 14th.

Don't even get me started on how much it makes my heart hurt to disappoint my son, trying to explain why his birthday surprise still isn't here. He's been so patient.

What a frustrating experience. I would warn you against buying from them, because they cannot deliver their product and are terrible at communication with their customers.
