I use PRO RESILIENCE SERUM, TRIPHALA PIGMENTATION CORRECTOR and URSOLIC ACID & RETINAL OVERNIGHT REFORM. I have seen improvement in my sun damaged skin. Redness and freckles reduced considerably, age spots taking a bit longer but they have faded.
I have quite sensitive skin and have not had any issues with any of the products.
Delivery was in quite a good time to Australia.

Sachi products are the first that have made a visible impact on my skin! Highly recommend everyone try them. Customer service has also been good. They answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. I just wish I lived closer to their distribution center.

Been using Retinal, TPC and Pro-resillience serum for over a year and always a fan. Never irritating my sensitive skin and I think it really made for Asian-color skin

I actually think this product isn’t hyped up enough in the skincare world. By the time I reached the end of this product, I knew this was a contender against other heavyweight exfoliants.

The ingredients that have been packed into this are incredible, and features some of my ‘go to’ ingredients for whacking out pigmentation and evening skin tone.

The formula is super lightweight, glides over the skin effortlessly and the smell? Amazing! Its has a herbal and earthy scent that is so relaxing when applied, but doesn’t linger around.

The results? Smooth, bright and even skin that feels as good as it looks! I had some really stubborn PIH fro picking old breakouts that I couldn’t shift, and this was able to not only fade it, but in some cases completely rid it from my face!

Don’t be afraid to use this on your body too; I had some pigmentation on my back (as a ‘bacne’ sufferer) and this was amazing it clearing up some of the really dark patches I had.

A sold 10/10 from me, and something I’d recommend to anyone!

I have tried the retinal (several bottles) and the complexion clarifying Accelerator. I love the way their products make my skin feel. Not one have I ever had a breakout with their products. Amazingly underrated brand! Ordered the rest of their product because I have no doubt they will be just as good!

I bought the pigmentation corrector, came relatively quick but when using it my skin started breaking out and had red patches. Stopped using it and my skin calmed down, thought I'd try again and the same thing happened so I know for sure this product caused it. Is a shame as it costs so much money and is meant to be good for sensitive skin . Unable to get refund as its open even though its only bene used a few times. Was a waste of money for me

Sachi products are well thought out, they create useful, purposeful products that target many skincare issues. I also love their minimalistic packages.

I’ve been using this product since January and the skin appears to have more of a glow & is now radiant. A great purchase and would most definitely recommend it.

Still haven’t received my order.It is going to 2 weeks.I don’t think I will be ordering anything else.

Really frustrating as I have also messaged them twice and not received a response. Poor customer service.

Update: after leaving a review here, an agent responded back on the same day. Apparently, the introductory discount is turned off when they have other promotions running. This should be more transparent to prevent customer frustration.

The packaging is awesome. it does take a while for the product to get to the United States. I cannot review the serum until I have used it a while. I am totally impressed by the philosophy of Sachi!
