Mike just help me purchase a 6 acre rural property. After we did a full round of inspections and found numerous unknown problems, he was able to further negotiate another $75,000 off this home. If he hadn’t have successfully negotiated that extra discount, I would have probably passed on buying this home. Staff performed impeccable and got documents out on time and was 100% efficient on follow up.
