I had a one to one healing activation with Kat which was incredible - we started with a meditation which also involved placing crystals in my hand, one of which started pulsating with energy moving clockwise. I felt what no longer served me leave, to make way for the new. She didn’t touch me once, but I had a strange experience where I felt some leaves rustling against my left foot ! After I choose the crystals with matched my frequency and they all resonated - and you get to take them home as part of the package ! It was like therapy / magic and coming away with a party bag of amazing crystals. Kat is calm, kind and full of magic wisdom and an incredible knowledge of the crystals . I have felt much lighter since and highly recommend Kat x
