Purchased a Barbour Beaufort which was too large. The company quickly exchanged it for a smaller one. Customer service was first rate and their communication was excellent.

Great store to buy Barbour
They had a great selection of Barbour jackets, better than most sites I had browsed online. Once I had placed an order, the time it took to ship was fast. They were quick and personal with their email communications as well.
