Weeks after placing order I still didn't receive anything, when asking for update they say its already shipped.

Disaster from Start to Finish

I wish I could give this zero stars. The product arrived weeks after the promised delivery date, which was frustrating enough. But when I finally opened the package, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. It looked nothing like the photos online. The quality was absolutely terrible—cheap materials, sloppy craftsmanship, and it smelled weird, too.

To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete joke. I tried reaching out multiple times, and either no one responded, or I got some copy-pasted excuses about "high demand." No apology, no resolution, and definitely no refund. Avoid this company at all costs—it’s a scam, plain and simple. Save your money and your sanity.

OPLIGTERS!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I ordered shoes in June for quite a few EUROS, they took my money and still no shoes have arrived, every time I email them I get a different automated response. Don't get caught!!!!

It’s a scam website. There is no way to cancel an order and for return a product, they ask you to send product back to China at your own cost， don’t do it because they will not refund you even if you send it back to China. If case you fell in the trap as me, maybe try to get legal help, from for example nietbezorgd.nl

That is the cheapest internet scam product I have ever bought. I will stick to known labels now, not to fall for such crap again

I would rate 0 if I could. No response with returns, no communication. Worst customer service ever. Do not ever buy something there!!!

Sadiluxe promises to refund articles that are returned to them but this is not true. The company is also not located in the Netherlands as their website suggests, but in China. I have sent a pair of shoes back to China without getting my refund. I am waiting for months now and many many emails. Do not order at this company, it is a scam.

Do not use this company, it’s a so called “shipdrop” company. The item you order is shipped from China directly to your house. It’s not possible to return your item unless you ship it back to China yourself. It took me about 8 emails back and forth to get this clear. They offered a discount on my next order which of course wasn’t an option.
It’s only possible to go after them it there’s enough complaints. I’ve used my legal insurance with Achmea Rechtsbijstand.

They couldn't match my payment with my order, as if the order doesn't exist. Unable to match up payment info with reference numbers etc with the product ordered. They're a scam, because the so called 'client service' just keeps repeating the same BS without addressing the questions asked. Definitely a scam! Do NOT BUY HERE!

This is obviously a drop shipping scam. Sadiluxes website pretends to represent a luxurious Amsterdam (online) boutique with high-quality products - with a corresponding price point. However, they sell cheaply produced, low-quality products from China. It takes months for your order to arrive, it arrives in a wrinkly bag, and it is the lowest quality possible. The piece of clothing I ordered is completely useless and doesn't even fit properly. Don't let this scam 'business' fool you!

By now everyone knows that Sadiluxe is ne big scam.
I am now using a lawyer to get back my money.
The lawyer is going to take action. If more people will connect to this lawyer the more focus the lawyer can gi give to this case. The laywer I am using is from my insurance company in The Netherlands. It is called Achmea rechtsbijstand. I encourage everyone to do the same to ensure justice is served and this fraude company is stopped.
