Cardboard boxes aren't the most interesting of things to review but I can say that we are happy with the price, happy the boxes are exactly as described and have started helping reduce our damaged in shipping costs ( we use bags previously and had quite a few damages).

I was looking for “a” box to send some items to Barbados for my foundation , I ended up getting 8.
The service, communication and delivery was exceptional.
Once I’ve used them, I will be definitely ordering from Sadlers again.

Wide choice of boxes online. Always seem to be able to find a box in the size and strength we need.

I recently placed an order totaling over £500, which included two pallets of boxes. Unfortunately, I’ve found that many of the boxes are not as described. The quality is quite very poor — the material is very soft, and lots of them boxes arrived damaged and are breaking easily during use. Very Disappointed

We have used Sadlers for a few years now and always receive a great service.

Our boxes are delivered on pallets, have sometimes come loose of the pallet and ended up spread around the back of the truck, but this is on the delivery company not Sadlers. Sadlers always put it right and pass on the messages to wrap extra tight.

Communication is always great and if you ever need to contact anyone for advice or recommendations, they are right on it!

I had a great experience with this box supplier! Their pricing is excellent, and their customer service truly stands out. When my computer auto-filled my home address, they noticed the error and called to double-check the details. It's rare to see such attention to detail, and I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to ensure my order was correct. Highly recommend!

Took the risk after my failed collection experience and bought half a pallet of boxes - price too good to miss. The delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful and the quality of the boxes is great. Fast delivery too.
For Collections : (previous experience to delivery) 3 hour round trip, 45 minutes waiting for boxes I'd ordered in the morning, which didn't materialise. Wasted time and diesel. Apparently the warehouse was busy at that time. If Sadlers want to enable customers to collect smaller volumes of boxes (my order was for 4 different sized boxes x 100 each + 3 samples) then implement a process whereby customers make the order and pay for them over the phone and then are notified when they're ready to collect. A very nice chap tried to help, initially saying the wait time would be 15 to 20 minutes. After 45 minutes it was clear the warehouse weren't cooperating with him so I left as he couldn't get a commitment as to when the boxes would be ready. The one sample box I came away with would have been perfect, but I can't afford to waste any more time trying to buy from Sadlers.
