Mis-advertising and mis-selling. Online service not to be trusted. Bought a VHF marine radio online and paid. They contacted me the next day by phone to state the item was not in stock and they couldn’t source one. I asked them to honour their contract and source from another supplier; they said Force 4 didn’t have one either and said they had refunded the cost. This has left me £25 out of pocket. Force 4 have “plenty” in stock. I have bought one and they will deliver next week.

Excellent Service - over and above what I expected - Steven was very supportive on a time-critical project.

Service was excellent. We were allowed to test many models on site before we purchased the ones we needed for the school environment.

If we need more we can easily do this by selecting our own channel and sub channel.

Wanted a simple radio system to ensure our crew could keep in touch around the marina during race weekends (harder than it sounds when we have different people on board and you end up with multiple WhatsApp groups). Wasn't sure which would work best so gave them a call. David recommended a couple of sets of Motorola TALKABOUT T92 H2O - brilliant bit of kit that float and even have a red light for night use.
Nice to find a company that actually took the time to understand what I wanted to use the radio for.

Sadlesea Communications provided a great product and service delivered on time their after sales support on technical issues was also excellent.
