This is my second time using SAE to install my solar ( added more ) the job was completed in no time at all and just as professional as the first time. Neat and tidy, wonderful clean finish.
My neighbours love our install and wish they had used SAE.

We are new to the area so we were unsure who to use. We took the advice from a local electrician to use SAE. The quoting process, installation and after sales were professional. We’re early days yet using solar but feel if we need assistance we could call upon SAE

Great experience from start to finish. Damian helped facilitate the whole process in a low pressure setting. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly. The installation was also great. Highly recommend.

This process was fairly painless. We did our research and had narrowed down to 2 suppliers. SAE did come with word of mouth recommendation plus had a longer record in this market place..... All good. The installation was painless and very quick. They explained re configuring the layout on roof and why. Very informative and polite as well as on time ! I would recommend them. The Sales experience leading to this was equally worthwhile and helpful.

I choose this company because it has longevity as a legal entity in the industry in comparison to other companies that are only a few years old. Troy was helpful in customising a system to suit my current and future needs. The staff have been responsive to my questions and delivered as per the quote. The price was competitive. The installation staff were professional and polite.

Today, I received an email from SAE regarding their referral reward. I referred a family member...unfortunately for me and my family member, I did not receive an installation and had to pay SAE for their miscommunication and then they wanted me to contact them and discuss which I did and still nothing was resolved. Be careful.
I did not receive an installation and I had to pay SAE for the NIL work.
Big companies, taking money from Pensioners!

SAE were easy to deal with from start to finish. Installers were very professional and did a great job.

Generally an easy process from start to finish. SAE is focused on quality service and customer satisfaction. Installation was done by a team of three, led by an electrician. There was a delay in that we
signed up in early February for an installation that would occur "in a few weeks". The installation actually took place in early May. Apart from this we are very satisfied customers.

SAE team were accomodating and reasonable from start to finish. Communication throughout was excellent, but particular thanks to Stefan with the installation who truly owned the job and personally ensured that everything was completed and working properly. Highly recommended.

Quoting process was very efficient and John was able to develop a plan to work around a satellite dish on a body corporate roof. We did receive a couple of calls confirming the installation that seemed to be duplicated. The install was delayed due to wet weather but all internals were done on the original date leaving only the roof on the rescheduled date. No complaints from other tenants i the block which was great.
Clear follow up information after the installation. Overall would recommend SAE.

SAE were awesome, from the first initial email right through to installation, we couldn't fault them.

Delayed due to rain. Cant help that. Communication at start was lacking just a bit but they caught onto it and have been great to deal with. Work done was quality and would recommend to family and friends.
