I bought 90-100 packs over the last couple months

I bought packs 4-5 times of loose phantasmal flames. Every sinle time times i was getting the same exact holo cards . Not one good rare card. I get that sometimes your luck is just not there . But over 90-100 loose packs were bought being i had my friends get me some each time to exceed limit of that set . Each one has not one hit lol, literally the same hits … so yeah they are for sure resealed or weighed . I think weighed im not %100 sure but i am %100 sure that something is up and not right about the loose packs being sold

Disrespectful rude don’t ever do business with these people

Absolutely. Below is a clean, professional, long-form negative review that clearly explains everything without exaggeration, without insults, and without exposing you to defamation risk. It sticks to verifiable facts, screenshots, timestamps, and conduct, which is exactly what eBay and Google allow.

You can copy-paste this as-is for eBay negative feedback or Google review (it works for both).

⭐ Negative Feedback / Review

I had a very poor experience with this seller and would not recommend purchasing from them, especially for graded comics.

The listing for Invincible Returns #1 CGC 9.6 contained materially conflicting information. The Condition field explicitly stated “Very Good,” which is a raw-comic grading term, while the title and description claimed the item was a CGC 9.6 Near Mint+ graded slab. These are two completely different condition standards and cannot both be correct. The Condition field is a required and material listing attribute on eBay, and this contradiction alone makes the item not as described.

Additionally, the listing photos were uploaded sideways, making it extremely difficult to properly inspect the slab. There was not a single upright, clear photo showing the back of the slab. After receiving the item, I discovered visible scratches on the back of the CGC case that were not clearly disclosed or visible in the listing photos. Given the photo orientation and glare, these defects were effectively concealed.

The item was delivered on January 20, and I opened a dispute and uploaded photos the same day—well under 24 hours after delivery. Despite this, the seller responded with hostile and accusatory messages, including threats to report me for mail fraud and claims that I may have damaged or swapped the item. These accusations were made without evidence and despite the immediate dispute and photographic documentation.

Rather than addressing the contradictory listing, unclear photos, or slab damage, the seller escalated the situation unnecessarily, blocked me from future purchases, and continued to make threatening statements. This is not how a professional seller should handle a legitimate “item not as described” claim.

For context, I am an experienced collector and routinely purchase high-value graded comics. I recently purchased a $3,000 limited CGC comic elsewhere that arrived in immaculate condition with no issues. I had no reason or incentive to fabricate a claim over a $250 book, especially when the dispute was opened immediately upon receipt.

Buyers should be aware:
• The listing used conflicting condition standards
• Photos were sideways and unclear
• Slab damage was not properly disclosed
• Seller communication was accusatory and threatening
• Legitimate concerns were met with hostility instead of resolution

I strongly recommend exercising caution when purchasing from this seller, particularly for graded collectibles where condition accuracy and transparency are critical.

If you want, I can also:
• Shorten this to fit eBay’s character limit
• Tone it down slightly (still negative, but softer)
• Make a Google-specific version
• Highlight only the condition contradiction if you want maximum policy safety

Just tell me which version you want.

Fantastic Store with owners who care

I've been a customer at Safari Zone for three years now, and I can't recommend it enough! The owner and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Pokémon. I’ve never had a bad experience with the team, and I’m always impressed by the level of care and professionalism. If you're a Pokémon fan, Safari Zone is definitely a great place to get product. Don't believe all the haters talking crap. They're just upset that Safari Zone makes them look bad.

Missed discount eindow by 6 minutes with no leniency

Missed the online cyber Monday 10% off discount on a $760 order by 6 minutes. When speaking to the admin I kindly asked if they could make an exception for me since I ordered at 9:06, though the promotion ended at 9:00pm. They ignored me. When I emailed to cancel my order, they said they shipped the package 20 minutes before my message, despite me checking the status all day to see if USPS facilities had received it, which they had not. No longer the business I remember them to be. I advise going somewhere else.

Do not recommend

First time buying here as it was recommended by a couple of people I follow in the hobby.
Terribly disappointed.

I bought almost $200 worth of product for it to never appear. I understand this is USPS fault as they flagged the package as delivered but was never the case.
After going back and forth with USPS, they let me know I could fill in a claim to at least get my money back.
Unfortunately the package showed as not insured.
When contacting Safari Zone support, they told me the package was indeed insured. I asked for a proof of insurance to let USPS know.
After that, they were dead silent. No more replies.

I lost almost $200 due to the unwillingness to help. Do not recommend this establishment.

After supporting for so long, I had to write this negative review...

After supporting this store for the longest time, I had to leave a negative review. Out of nowhere, had an order cancelled, which did not violate any terms and conditions stated on the website. I was not given any reason as to why the order was cancelled when I reached out via email. No response given. I even called Safari Zone's "business number" on google, and the store owner's mother picked up, stating that she needed her "son" to take the call.

After they argued in the background for some time with me halfway on hold, I was simply hung up on. Called again, and was blocked. I then tried to make another order, because why not, and that was cancelled. My issue is, the store staff is either:

A) Overselling inventory with it still listed as "available"

OR

B) Picking and choosing who they sell to and when, which is highly unethical under the idea of MSRP or less pricing which is just completely a front and they are not truly doing that.

I was simply trying to support another local business in the scene and show my gratitude. Guess they didn't need it, and this experience has been one to remember, haha.

The mom picking up the phone was just the funniest thing ever. She was complaining how the son needed to change the "business" line over. What business doesn't have a business line connected to their business's office or brick and mortar store?

Don't buy from these people. Still haven't received a response from them. Crickets on their end.

Great store, bad reviews are lying

I've been shopping here for a while and I'm never displeased. The employees help me out to find what i need or what I'm looking for, they treat me and others with respect, and everything I've ordered online and shopped from the store itself was never tampered with. Everything is reasonably priced unlike most places that would charge an arm and a leg for things.

Thanks, no thanks. Way better stores and staff in Delaware!

Really like the selection of Pokémon products! What I really don’t like is the one employee, the lady with the oversized jeans that look to be falling off and dirty nacho cheese stained hoodie. All I did was ask the price of something and she got all defensive as if I were attacking her when truthfully, I felt like I was being attacked for asking a simple question. She went off on a tangent all the while poor store employee Jeff was sitting the with nothing to do besides roll his eyes in amazement, even going as far as to apologize when she walked into the back and said “that’s why she’s left in the back”. I won’t be back unless that mean goblin lady is not there. I never cared for the Goomba’s in Mario Bros the movie so I won’t willingly be in the presence of one by choosing this store to purchase my cards. The other fine shops in Delaware are a way better choice UNLESS you’re dealing solely with Jeff. Sorry not sorry, this is my honest review after this instance has been weighing on my mind for at least the past 3 months, I hope that this is taken seriously and the proper actions are taken to protect your customers and the Pokemon/Magic community from negativity and hostility when dealing with CHILDREN PRODUCTS. Take a chill pill Bowzer!

Over hyped Over charged

Don’t really understand the obsession with this place.. they literally advertise they buy for 65 percent of tcg low like it’s a favor. Then turn around and sell for tcg market.. all while over charging on sealed product and having their followers eat it up like candy. I mean good for them for finding an easily manipulated group of flowers I guess.

Thank you for your feedback. Does this feedback pertain to any certain transaction that you have had with our company? It is standard practice for stores to buy singles at 35%-50% of full value, and we do buy much higher than that, at the 65% mentioned in your review. Stores do buy lower than market price, as they then have to put the labor and time into selling those cards, and pay the associated transaction fees once the cards do sell, IF they sell, and businesses do need to make a profit in order to sustain their businesses.

Resealed packs

I ordered a while back, champions path booster packs. All resealed. Bunch of the same trainer cards in each pack. Went back to the Pokemon.com to buy my cards.

Thank you for your feedback from your order that is well over a year old. I can say that while it is unlikely that 10 packs would have the same trainer cards, it is not impossible, especially with a set that is as small as Champion's Path. I can guarantee that our products are not tampered with in any way, as all of our products come directly from authorized Pokemon distributors.

Safari Zone is good, dont listen to the liars.

I have dealt with Safari Zone and its owners on multiple different occasions and the experience has always been a good one. Both before the website existed and after, they have been reliable, honest and informative. If anything goes wrong at some point during the process of them getting something to you they will be completely truthful and upfront about it as soon as they are able. There are a lot of fake reviews and lies here from people who dislike the owners. But take it from someone who has been shopping with Safari for years and who has actually placed orders. They have good legit products at fair prices and have even recently added back free shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. Do not hesitate to do business here.

SAFARI ZONE COLLECTIBLES SOLD ME RESEALED PACKS WITH FAKE CARDS

I bought 36 loose brilliant stars packs and they were all resealed with fake cards. Definitely don't buy from them. I posted the issue on the Facebook page and safari zone collectibles quickly sent their Facebook army to shutdown my post. I posted a clear video showing their fraud and the admin still took it down. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. SAFARI FAKE RESEALED PACKS.

We have bought an extensive amount of…

We have bought an extensive amount of product from this seller and after opening a couple of booster boxes in a row we are led to believe they repackage there items so if you don’t want to get duped just take your money elsewhere

Re: Hi I did email you yesterday from my private email and we order under my husbands email, if you answer back my original email to address the issue I can give you both those emails to prove how much we have bought from you and my husband also left comments on Facebook regarding this issue and you delete everyone and to me it seems like you’re hiding something. I have no problem proving how much product we have bought and how robbed we were from your company, if only you would answer your customers when it comes to negative experiences.

To Eliot

To Eliot.

Just a heads up since you wanna post on a forum with zero ability for anyone to respond with facts.
They explicitly say that manufacturers defects are not their responsibility because they arnt. Recently I flew to Irving Texas to look at homes. While there I purchased a box directly from Walmart that had been resealed. I went to open the box live on stream and there was video evidence of it being resealed. The store manager and asms told me to my face with (video proof and my receipt) that they have a no refund policy on trading cards. They told me to reach out to the manufacturer. So I reached out to Pokémon international and gave them all the info. They sent me a new box and apologized.
Your sitting online bashing one of the best companies out their (for the consumer) and doing it on a platform that doesn’t allow them to defend themselves is childish and cowardice. If it was a regular review sure. But it wasn’t. You gave hypotheticals and scenarios that have nothing to with your purchase. They state they arnt responsible and if you didn’t like that condition of sale. Then why did you buy in the first place unless you were looking for issues.

Reach out to Pokémon and let them know about pokemons defect like any grown consumer would do and you should be taken care of!

Disappointed

I recently ordered some product from Safari Zone, when I opened up the "Sealed" case 4 out of the 6 V Union boxes I ordered were open. It is hard to tell if they are resealed, it looks like the glue eiter became unstuck to the box or a heat gun was used to open them carefully. There is also one opened box that has a large crease on the side panel where you open the box that looks very suspicious as if someone intentionally opened and tried to reseal the box. I emailed Safari Zone immediately about the issue and requested a refund on the 4 opened boxes. Their response was that they had no control of the product since it was a in sealed case and that I should try my luck with Pokemon directly since they are responsible for what they manufacture. While I understand that Safari Zone is getting their products from another source and then reselling on their site, I have a hard time believing that Pokemon would purposely put boxes that were not sealed into a case to be shipped out to vendors. Safari Zone even lists on the their site that they are not responsible for damage or defects to packaging, which leads me to believe this is a common complaint and they just want to wash their hands of it and not be obligated to refund customers since they technically had an official warning on their site. Disappointed that this is how they handle defective products. Sadly I can no longer trust this site for future purchases which is a shame since they have very competitive prices.
