Very pleasant experience

Lynn Bowers was my Consultant and she was excellent- so pleasant - helpful - attention to detail and went above and beyond to assist us with our Booking - not thing was too much trouble and she made the whole process very easy - I highly recommend her

Booking through Safari.com

Your travel consultant, Mel de Toit was excellent. She was prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful. The only confusing thing was the 2% merchant charge. It actually turned out to be a charge of close to 4% even when using ZAR currency as instructed when booking.

Zene, our South Africa consultant, planned our entire itinerary with exceptional attention to detail and care. From the initial planning stages through to the finer on-ground arrangements, everything was handled seamlessly. What truly stood out was her dedication; she was always responsive and even worked over the weekend to promptly address our enquiries and make adjustments when needed. Perfect support by Sara van Coillie

In this review, I would like to focus on the booking process, as our trip to Namibia will not take place until June. From the outset, we have received excellent support from Sara van Coillie, who has put together a great itinerary for us and answered all our questions as quickly as possible with great patience. When we were unsure about something, she offered us alternatives and adjustments, which were taken into account immediately. This gives us a good feeling that, with this professional support, our trip will be an unforgettable experience.
