Josh is amazing! Always finding the best flight routes and deals and is a god sent when we had a flight cancellations ! He sorted it all out for us which ment we could carry on enjoying our holiday without stressing about the flights back home! He really saved us and we HIGHLY recommend! And are soo thankful! 🙏

We booked a 25th anniversary trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, and Safari and Beach team were great. From when I 1st spoke to her, Gina listened to what I was after, adjusted things for my husband's health needs, and was responsive and helpful.
We had our flights out cancelled due to the middle east situation, and the team sorted alternative flights, and were contactable even on a Sunday!
We stayed at a wonderful camp- the Selous Impalla camp-, and saw an incredible abundance of animals and birds. The camp was amazing, as were our guide and driver.
We spent 2 nights in Stonetown which we really enjoyed.
Our time at Pongwe Beach Hotel in for relaxation was magical.
Everything was organised well, and the team at S and B clearly know everyone they work with, including our lovely driver on Zanzibar, Juma.
They have built a network of high quality and reliable people on the ground.
I cant recommend them highly enough. For a special occasion trip, it is worth spending a little more and knowing you are in excellent hands and will be well looked after

An absolutely unforgettable holiday from start to finish. The hotel in Dar es Salaam was superb, and the safari was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our guide, Hans, truly made the experience — his knowledge, warmth and excellent English meant we felt completely at ease, and having him to ourselves made it even more special. Highlights included visiting a Maasai village, seeing animals so close, and even a surprise snake in our tent!
Pongwe Beach was sheer paradise, with wonderful staff who made our stay extra special, especially at our final dinner. Every transfer ran smoothly, and we felt well looked after throughout.
A special thank you to Gina at Safari and Beach, who booked the holiday — she was absolutely excellent and everything was perfectly organised.
A true holiday of a lifetime — we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Thank you Josh for creating a wonderful trip to South Africa for us - great suggestions, seemless organisation and really special Accomodation. Highlights were the Rovos train journey, Tsala Treetops and the Cobra drive. Your personal attention and friendliness were exceptional and were especially valued when one of our flights got diverted mid air! We felt totally supported and will be back for more adventures!

I wanted to book a special holiday in South Africa for the family and to help my son celebrate his 21st birthday. Safari and Beach certainly enabled me to do this. From the get go Josh could not have been more helpful, listening to our requirements and tailoring the itinerary to perfectly fit. The safari was amazing and something we will never forget and Noka camp was truely stunning. Our week in Cape Town thanks to Josh enabled us to experience the best of Sourh Africa and it is a holiday we will never forget. I would highly recommend.

Gina and her team organised our trip to the smallest detail and everything went like clockwork. Our guides were fantastic, the wildlife was incredible and the ‘tents’ in the bush were luxurious. The hotel in Zanzibar (Pongwe Beach Resort) is rated officially as 3*, but our experience was more like 4*, pushing 5*. From the managers to the cleaners, everyone was charming, friendly and professional. The position of the hotel is simply stunning. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend using Safari& Beach and their extremely knowledgable team for a trip such as this.

We booked our honeymoon through Safari & Beach and Rachel, Tim, Josh and the team were amazing throughout.
The hotel/camp they advised were exactly what we wanted, the safari at Impala Camp gave us everything we wanted, knowledgable guides, lots of animals and not too many other vehicles and Pongwe in Zanzibar is a slice of paradise.
Even when our flight got cancelled by the airline the night before we flew home, the team at S&B were able to re-book tickets and ensure no disruption to our plans.
We couldn’t recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend Safari & The Beach enough; I came across them online so I wasn’t recommended but I would (and have) to anyone wanting a magical safari experience. We spoke to Gina whose passion and love for Safari, people and culture came across in abundance. Gina listened to what we wanted to and tailored the whole trip to our needs. The trip was perfect from flights, connections, pick up's, accommodation, food and drink. Im pescatarian and remember a plate of fresh fish being presented to me in the middle of the Serengeti, the people really can’t do enough to help you. Also it was our honeymoon and even though we upgraded our accommodation in Zanzibar we didn’t expect anything on safari but at every stop the accommodation made such gorgeous gestures from singing, champagne and fresh flowers being on our dining table and bed. The safari tents were also out of this world. The whole trip was magical, but I have to call out the animals (of course) and our guide who I am sure I must have drove mad after 5 days and so many questions, but he was so lovely and gave us a massive hug and exchanged presents at the end of our trip. I fell in love with Tanzania and can’t wait to go back. The next trip is being planned.

Our trip was perfectly planned by Safari and Beach, with excellent attention to detail and brilliant recommendations throughout. We felt very well supported during the entire process and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Josh, who went above and beyond to help us rebook our journey home after one of our flights was cancelled. His quick support over the weekend meant we made it home on time!

Our guide Abdul who met us at Kilimanjaro stayed with us for the duration of our safari he was so knowledgeable and put us in the right places at the right time … we saw the big five and so much more

From the first conversation we had with Safari&Beach we were treated to an outstanding service.
The enthusiasm and obvious expertise of the staff made the planning personalised and very easy.
The holiday itself was outstanding.
Maasi Wandering the tour guide operators made sure we were well looked after with all connections and transfers smooth. Their guides are very knowledgeable and friendly.
The accommodation in all the camps was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
The safari was magnificent getting up close and personal with all the animals you could dream of.
We finished off the trip with a visit to Zanzibar island. An informative trip to Stone Town as well as a relaxing few days at the beach.
This was everything we could have wished for.

Our trip to Southern Tanzania and Zanzibar was planned perfectly by Gina from start to finish - I was slightly hesitant using a smaller travel agent than I have previously, and the price was lower than we were quoted elsewhere, but everything went smoothly and the safari camps were both magical, especially Ikuka Ruaha, a must-visit if you get the chance.

A truly wonderful experience. All planned to perfection by Gina. Sleeping under canvas listening to the noises of the animals cannot be described but must be experienced. We were so well looked after everywhere we arrived. Always met with smiles, drinks, singing and food so tasteful. There’s nothing I would change if I had the chance to replan.

While there was a little confusion with being able to access our flight bookings because a third party was the email address attached, once this was straightened out EVERYTHING else was amazing from the communication to the suggestions for what to do, where to stay, where to dine...and the campsites and staff attached to each of those was amazing. They worked with us until we nailed it with the 5th itinerary. And the actual Safari and Game drives were top notch!!

From start to finish the information Rachel sent was excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble when we wanted things changing. Final selection couldn’t have been more perfect. We chose hotel safari and then back to the same hotel which meant we could leave our luggage at the hotel while on safari. All selections of accommodations perfect, all Safari selections perfect, timings flights etc perfect. All round extremely efficient and highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Gina, Tim and the team in finding our perfect honeymoon. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive for everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

From the moment I asked for travel advise through to negotiating a price, getting my itinerary, the holiday itself and the support we received, out of hours, when our return journey was disrupted I cannot praise the team enough. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service and would highly recommend safari and beach!
