I just returned from (Umrah), it was amazing not to thank (Safa) traveling enough, Maryam was very helpful, accessible, always responsive, Maryam was checking with us all tge way, can not recommend enough this place, will definetly go again with them

Trusting the company for the first time and their 100%delivery a personal tour guide of the umrah itself. Accommodations in Mecca and madina both were excellent for the price we paid.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I never thought people would try to steal money from those trying to travel to Allah’s house, the most precious place on earth. I had to change my originally booking due to my 1 year old daughter having a brain tumour and being diagnosed with cancer, at first they were supportive. Maryam agreed to get me a partial refund for my original booking and rebook something else as it was only for 3 days. My daughter’s cancer is rare and aggressive therefore they had to start the treatment asap. I explained this to Maryam and she agreed she could get me a refund and she could process a new booking for me. She told me I would get a refund of £2k after 40 days, now she is saying she didn’t say that and she didn’t cancel the booking she changed it because I said so. I explained my financial situation and she said she understood, I couldn’t afford an extra £2k then and I can’t now. They’re lying and trying to keep my money.

Please help me and advise me if you have experienced anything similar and any next steps.

If this isn’t resolved, I will be seeking legal advice.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided during my recent trip for umrah organised by your Safa Travel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the expectations set by your company.

Firstly, I was assured that our hotel in Makkah would be in close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. However, upon arrival, we discovered that this was not the case. Additionally, we faced significant issues with our hotel bookings, as multiple hotels claimed we were not reserved. We also moved another hotel for a night, which was unhygienic and unacceptable.

Furthermore, there was a clear miscommunication regarding the ziyrat arrangements. Despite repeated confirmations from your travel agency in Saudi Arabia, we were informed that we were not booked for these essential visits, adding to our disappointment.

This experience has severely impacted our trip, and I believe it reflects a lack of professionalism and organization on your part. If this matter cannot be resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to consider writing a negative review and exploring legal options.
