Safe and Sound HQ has become my favorite supplier of audio video gear. They're friendly, knowledgeable and extremely honest (they won't oversell you).

They carry an extensive line of great products, they offer free lifetime technical support and they offer free, quick shipping.

I recently upgraded my home theater power amplifier - the Musical Fidelity M6X 250.11 that they recommended (over some more expensive models) has been absolutely fantastic!

I also recently upgraded my DAC to the Meitner MA3i DAC / Streamer. This product has completely blown me away with the stunning sound and build quality.

Finally, I purchased two "pre-loved" SimAudio Moon monobloc power amplifiers and my system has never sounded better.

David, Aaron and the rest of their team are simply the best that there is. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Ordered an open box Nad M33. It was a late night impulse buy for a nice price. Product was shipped first thing the next morning and arrived in a few days, well packaged in all original packaging no less! The amplifier works perfectly and cosmetically looked perfect too! Would definitely order from here again.

A senior audiophile who has been a fan for many years bought the safe and sond M8s-500 AMP. However, there was an electric current sound when the system speakers was turned on. After many tests,It was finlly determined that it was amp that had a problem. But it had been more 30 days, After contacting them, The quickly sent a new AMP. Great service.

I have purchased several high-end speakers, receivers, amps & subwoofers from Safe & Sound Inc over the past few years since I was bitten by the hi-fi bug. Most of my purchases were audio gear manufactured by Marantz or Martin Logan and were Outlet Items, mostly open box and a couple of Factory Refurbished items, all with factory warranties. I have saved thousands of dollars and never had an issue with any of the gear operationally or cosmetically other than receiving an open box Martin Logan Motion 20I speaker with an inoperative tweeter. I contacted Aaron, the manager and he promptly had Martin Logan drop ship a new tweeter to me directly. I had it in a few days and it took maybe a whole 20 minutes to replace it and voila, sonic bliss.
Aaron is honest, responsive and doesn't mess around. I wouldn't buy anywhere else and strongly encourage hi-fi lovers to consider the great deals on their outlet and open box products because it's a great way to save big money.

I have been going here since 1983. It’s the only place I choose for great quality and excellent worksmanship. The staff is very passionate about what they offer.

We ordered a Marantz AVR couple weeks ago. The website is easy to navigate and very informative regarding the product...well any product. The AVR was a great price, shipping was fast and we love the care they took using a overboard for added protection. The staff is great to deal with, Aron was very helpful answering any question we had. Safe and Sound is one of the few HiFi stores, online as well, that have top of top of the line Audio gear at super prices with A1 customer service. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Safe and Sound!

My experience was awesome. I was able to demo a few different tower speakers and Aaron was there to answer all of my questions.

I really like the DALI Oberon 5s. I'm still breaking them in and fiddling with placement (the fun part), moving furniture (the un-fun part), and sitting back auditioning some of my favorite music (the awesome part).
I had never heard of Safe and Sound before buying these speakers. The site never appeared in my online searches, despite the weeks of the research I was doing, until I searched for a matching Oberon Vokal center channel speaker ($400 here, $600 everywhere else). I got lucky and was also able to save some considerable cash on a new set of very nice Oberon 5s that were offered on a special sale ($975 here, $1300 everywhere else). The ordering process was simple, the financing options straightforward and more than adequate (I financed the Vokal at 0%, Visa'd the 5s). The order arrived in two days?! No way!
My only regret is that this was the first opportunity I've had to look through S&S's impressive inventory. Lots of nice stuff.
My basement recroom Cave is a medium to large (50sq m+) irregularly shaped space with lots of stuff in it, so it was never going to be an audiophile listening room. But the DALI Oberon 5s have done exactly what I wanted: with their wide sound dispersion and the able assistance of my Denon AVR 4700, a pair of vintage Phase Technology 7Ts (now side surrounds), a couple of old Polk satellites & some tiny Rockvilles (for height), and an SVS PB1000 pro sub, they have filled the room with joyful noise.
My thanks to Safe and Sound HQ again for their assistance. I am fully recommending this enterprise to my friends and anyone else who is exploring hifi options. I look forward my next opportunity to purchase some gear.

Called requesting information on in stock items, ended up with a demo time to audition the turntables I was interested in purchasing. Arrived a couple hours later and worked with Aaron, have not had a knowledgeable sales stafff member since purchasing with other larger audio/video chains. It was a pleasure to visit and purchase the items I needed. Will not hesitate to use Safe and Sound in the future, great team!

Aaron and the team are amazing. My integrated amp was just past the 30 day return period when it went wonky. They arranged for another unit to be shipped to me before having to send my unit back to them. They take customer service very seriously. Greg

This isn't my first feedback for Aaron and S&S and for good reason. My first contact with Aaron Martin and S&S came some months ago and since then every experience with them has been nothing but first rate. Aaron expertly guided me through each purchase of 2 pairs of speakers, 2 Integrated Amps, and 1 SACD player, explaining each time what I could expect to hear from them all. His knowledge of audio is what kept me coming back. Expect every purchase to come with over-the-top customer service, packaging beyond compare and fast shipping. Regarding the customer service expect a response from contacting them through the website within 24 hrs. and even personal phone calls if need be and with those Aaron is very easy to chat with. There is just no way to go wrong dealing with both him and S&S. You will find lots of choices from their inventory up to some high end pieces and he will know what you need to know about, from whatever you might choose. When dealing with Aaron and S&S I feel no need to look anywhere else. Both Aaron and S&S are simply two of the best in my opinion!

Considering an addition of landscape audio to my backyard, I called up Safe And Sound (safeandsoundhq dt com) and had a pleasure to speak with Dave who carefully listened to my wants. Very quickly he reaffirmed my consideration for Martin Logan outdoor landscape system and prepared a proposal with a generous discount on the pricey system. It was Friday already and I wanted the system be installed latest by next week Sat (8-days) in time for an upcoming party.

It was a big challenge to get the entire system over to California from back east esp. that it included the hefty Martin Logan Sub-120 subwoofer which ships only via freight. Dave worked closely with Martin Logan to get my speakers and subwoofer delivered within 4-days which was totally unbelievable. I had all my gear by the following Fri, the day before my installation was scheduled.

All was well until I ran into the issue of the Crown AMP overheating. I made the call back to SafeAndSoundHq.com and Aaron was tremendously helpful in laying down the troubleshooting steps. He was spot-on in his hypothesis and helped resolved the installation issue very quickly.

In this rapidly growing digital world there are still some (very few) real gems, and Safe & Sound is among the very best.

After my 17 year-old tube integrated disintegrated I looked for a specific Musical Fidelity integrated as I own a MF DAC and like both the quality and the value. I spoke with Mike, the owner, had an informative and enjoyable conversation, and ordered the amp. It came in 2 days and I am still running it in but I love it! This is a real old fashioned HiFi store, highly recommended!
