Sorry for delayed review Lee.
Top service provided by Lee. We purchased a vehicle that is known for theft. Contacted Lee about having a viper immobilizer supplied and fitted. Prompt response, booked me in with only a very short wait. Lee knew this car and product inside out so fitting took no time at all. The product has been fitted so neatly you would think it's OEM. He demonstrated the viper after and made sure we understood how to work it and also how to find the code should we need to replace a fob.
I cannot recommend this company enough and in the new year we will be requiring his services again to have a dash cam supplied and fitted. Thanks again !

Great Honest Guy
Iv known Lee (the boss) for more then 15 years plus now and he has worked on all our family vehicles one way or another Alarms,Dash Cams, Rear View Monitors, Reversing Sensors you name it Lee has fitted it for us 👌 and Iv always recommended him and his company… We have moved into another county now, but was worth the four hours round journey to go back to Lee in his Essex workshop to fit a dash cam in our current vehicle 👍 great honest knowledgeable hard working guy with a nice family life to suit… It was great to catch up with Lee today and take him a large box of Crispy Creems doughnuts to keep him and his team going 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🥴🤣🤣🤣 thanks again mate.. 🙏🏻 Gary,Mia,jake & Bailey 🐕

5 Stars is not enough Lee and his team go above and beyond with advice, product knowledge and skills to complete the task required, I will not trust anyone else with my own, my family and friends cars, when faced with a difficult problem to overcome Lee always comes up with one or more options to give me the best possible outcome for my Security needs. A Really Professional Installation
Adam Smith of Safe and Sound Essex installed a security device to our vehicle. Adam was excellent, I received notification updates ahead of his arrival and he got to work immediately. Adam clearly understood the product and communicated throughout. A really neat job, really polite gent, and I was able to complete the final setup with ease. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam and Safe & Sound.

Exceptional customer care
What fabulous customer care, we had a Ghost fitted on our car and the next day we were unable to start the vehicle. We called the office who were extremely helpful and sent Lee and Lucas out to us, they went through the procedure to start the car (We were doing it wrong which shows the product works). It's very rare these days to get such great customer service, would recommend this company 100%

Customer Service at its best!
We had security fitted to our car by Lee and we were very impressed. Had a battery issue with our car which was nothing to do with the alarm but Lee still came out - this is customer service that in this day and age is hard to find! We would highly recommend them.
