Safecircle Sitters provided exceptional care for our 6-month-old, eliminating any anxiety we had about entrusting someone else with our child's care. With sitters who are fully qualified, DBS-checked, trained in first aid, and experienced, we felt completely at ease as parents. We are eager to recommend their services to other families and look forward to using them again in the future.

Easy to use website. Used before pandemic and after. The quality of the sitters is brilliant (CV feature is great). Will be using again and again.

I absolutely loved this experience! I mean to even say that is an understatement. This was my first time hiring someone to watch my kid that I didn’t know. Kelly and Adam made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They catered to my every need like setting up a face time meeting with the sitter and answered all of my questions. They were so fast and proficient. I am so glad I chose Safecircle sitters for my first time and definitely not my last! I HIGHLY recommend this company! HIGHLY!

Excellent! I needed a sitter last minute for a work trip away from home. This was my first time using a sitter ever snd I felt completely at ease and confident that my baby was in good hands. The whole team were wonderful in finding me a sitter and my sitter was lovely, friendly, on time (more than) and so experienced. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!

I used SafeCircle to book a babysitter for my 16-month-old child. I found the process of registering straightforward. I appreciated being able to read the profiles of the available sitters and select a preferred sitter.
On the day, I found that babysitter was friendly, professional and interactive. My child felt at ease.

I feel so fortunate that I have Safe Circle Sitters in my local area. As a lone parent I was very nervous about taking the plunge to leave my child with a babysitter and go out for even a few hours. When I first spoke to Keeley she was very friendly and knowledgeable about their service. I understood from her that she was confident in the babysitters they provide and then she listened to what I was looking for and was able to recommend a handful of sitters and then arranged for me to meet virtually with them before I made any decision. Even during the whole process, I never felt pressured in any way to make a decision or go ahead with a booking. As a parent who wants and needs to use childcare the most important thing for me is that I am listened to. I want someone to let me talk and talk about how wonderful and/or challenging my child is and for them to care and ensure that they can provide me with the correct service for my needs. Safe Circle Sitters have definitely done this. I think that is important. I wanted only one sitter so that my child could be secure in that fact but it was so hard to decide which sitter to choose after meeting them. They were all lovely and so obviously capable. I just had to go with the best fit for us as a family. We've had 2 babysits now and have some more booked in. My child is looking forward to babysit number 3 and completely settled in with our Sitter easily and that had been my main worry - but I'm not really missed it seems! So I can go out and not worry at all which means I enjoy my time away. I'd say a big thank you to all at Safe Circle Sitters for giving me back a little of my freedom because if they had not been so professional and welcoming I do not think I would have booked. The website is easy to use, it's easy to set up an account and payment is made via the website too. I also feel that if I had any questions I'd be able to contact Keeley or Adam at any time and they would be responsive. I also love how Safe Circle Sitters publish their policy documentation and keep this updated along with publishing the sitter qualifications. I just think that the whole offering is fantastic and I would say to anyone who is nervous about leaving their child/ren to give them a try and see what you think as you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I remember being excited when I was a child when the babysitter was coming and that is what I wanted for my child....I think we've done it! Thank you everyone

I first discovered SafeCircle Sitters after seeing their page pop up as a suggestion on Facebook, and I'm so glad I did! It was a really easy process to sign up, and there are a great selection of verified sitters in my area.

I had a couple of queries before booking, and Keeley was not only quick to respond to my emails but also incredibly friendly & helpful. A couple of hours before our 1st booking she even called to make sure we were all set and to wish us well on our date night!

The website is really easy to use, prices are very reasonable, and as a mum who was worried about leaving her 2 young boys I know I have no worries by using SafeCircle Sitters. It's very clear what qualifications and what checks have been done on each sitter so I now feel very comfortable leaving them with a responsible sitter. I would highly recommend this company!

I worked with SafeCircle Sitters during my final year at university and I couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment my interview started it was made clear that the safety of both the children and employees was the most important thing. My interview was thorough; I had to answer written questions regarding first aid and safeguarding measures. Before I could begin working with families I was encouraged to complete another first aid course to refresh my memory. It was made clear the process of bookings; straightforward and ensures parents can access sitters details- their skills, qualifications and work history. I also attended a professional marketing baby and toddler show in which I got the chance to meet other sitters and accompanied children whilst their parents enquire about our service! Whilst working I met with a variety of families; it was amazing to know that some parents chose to have me care for their children. All the families were local, kind and so welcoming to their home -making sure I had a cab booked/enough money to get home safely was such a blessing. Some parents were understandingly nervous, especially in situations where their children have additional needs. It was easily arranged to meet/FaceTime the family before any bookings so that we could all become comfortable prior to their parents’ outing. Myself and other sitters are flexible and have been asked to work during the day/morning times, so the booking process is adaptable and Keeley is so helpful in contacting parents to make sure everything is in place and running smoothly. From an employee point of view the care was exceptional, Keeley made it known to me that I could contact her/the company at any time -travelling home in middle of the night if I needed to. Overall, SafeCircle Sitters was an amazing company to work for, I can say for myself and the managing director that providing the upmost safe and caring environment is their main goal. My only wish is that they continue expanding nationwide so I can work for them in my home town! I hope this is helpful to anyone.

Safecircle sitters have a very user friendly website. All of their baby sitter profiles have a bio about the sitter, their occupation, a list of their qualifications, first aid and DBS status including when it is due for renewal. The sitters each have their individual reviews from member families which is also really helpful. Once the booking is confirmed the sitter will give you a courtesy call 2hrs before the booking to confirm that you still wish for them to come. This was a nice way of breaking the ice. Once the sitter arrives they present you with their SafeCircle ID card at the door. This extra measure of security was very reassuring. Our sitter was Nicola and she was brilliant with both children. She made our daughter (6) feel really at ease and was really attentive and patient with our son (1). She created a very calming atmosphere for the children and they both settled really well with her. We were kept updated with pictures and text messages whilst we were out which was really reassuring and a really nice little touch. This was our first time using a baby sitter for our children and it couldn’t have gone any better. We will definitely be using SafeCircle again.

We used the services of safecircle sitters to look after our 6 month old baby. They took away all the worry and apprehension of having someone care for our baby instead of us by the service they deliver. Fully qualified, DBS checked, first aid trained and experienced sitters meant complete peace of mind for us as parents 😊 we would definitely recommend their services to other parents and would definitely use them again.

Used safe circle a few times and always very happy. The sitters have put our kids to bed and they have all been professional and our kids are always asking when they are coming back.
