The product arrived partially damaged.
One piece of the tupperware set arrived damaged, apparently broken during delivery. This was 3 weeks ago. After sending the photo of the shattered product in the original box, they promised to replace it, but to this day and despite two reminders I have not received anything other than numerous requests to leave a review. Too much hassle!
The product itself is ok. Seems a bit pricey for what it is, but time will show that.

Our Safecourt Kitchen blender stopped working after almost two years. We contacted Bol, and Nathalie helped us with this issue. She offered to send me a new product which it was indeed the best solution :) I am happy with the new product and with the customer service provided.

Great product support
I bought a coffee grinder from Safecourt which stopped working (properly) after one year. I contacted support, sent them a short video of the problem, and they agreed to send a replacement. They stand behind their product.

The slow juicer is really good, and the price too
The product is really good (slow juicer), the price was great (Black Friday helped), after a few days they sent me an email and asked if everything was OK with the product I bought and if I was satisfied - they really showed concern for the customer

Product was defect and sent it back
I ordered a second one and got the same issue.
The customer support sounded annoyed that I even called, asked me to write an email just to never reply back.
Beside the facade of an healthy mission, the way the product was packaged, with plastic and polystyrene let me assume that company does not care about the environment, but just use this niche to get some quick bucks.
I also keep receiving their newsletter even when I didn’t sign up for and already unsubscribed once.
Annoying.

Too much waste
The slow juicer does not juice properly, it wasted a large chunk of my fruits. I had to return it

Thank you for your message. I see that your slow juicer did not perform well and wasted too much fruit. That is, of course, unfortunate.
Your return was received at our warehouse on December 3rd. The refund will be processed within 5 working days after receipt. This means you can expect the refund soon.
Additionally, the defect you reported is being assessed by a specialist from our product team. The slow juicer comes with a 2-year warranty for electrical appliances.
Good sales pitch, weak product and service
Good sales pitch and design but this machine broke within the first few weeks of usage. Customer service did offer a replacement but the color I initially bought wasn’t in stock with no clear delivery date. So we decided money back was the best option. Only a few days later I see the color I had is back in stock but now the price is much higher to artificially make up for the black friday promotions (and even more!) After talking to customer service the outcome was literally “you’ll have to buy it the higher price”. Fake and also illegal. I’m a sucker for this type of marketing and was actually looking to buy their pans as well. Unfortunately, or perhaps luckily, I’ve found out this is just a strong marketing, weak product/service company.

Update: Since safecourt’s response is full of lies, here’s the truth:
I’ve never place a 2nd order or accepted the offer for an alternative product colour. In simple terms: Nothing has been canceled by me. And yes we’ve exchanged a few emails, but that doesn’t mean you were thinking along i.e. showed real interest in solving this.
Your intent with raising the price extremely before black friday is quite clear to all consumers reading this. I’m sure no explanation needed here.

I can confirm that there is indeed only one order (#18701) in our system, and that you received a full refund of €113.96 on November 14th for the defective beige milk frother. There is no record of a second order or a cancelled order.

Given the seriousness of your complaint and the specific circumstances (defective product followed by a price change), I understand that you expect a concrete solution. Management will contact you as soon as possible with a final answer.
I completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience while we look into this for you.

Item that I received had a little malfunction. They handled quickly and came with a nice solution.
Plus, they have items without PFAS. That is great!!
