I ordered a kitchen appliance with them on Thursday, it was delivered the next Wednesday (the Tuesday being a holiday in Belgium). When it arrived, it did not meet my expectations, and I contacted Safefoodkitchen in the evening of the same day to explain. Within a day from my writing them, they responded, giving me the option to either return the appliance or obtain a substitute. I declined the latter and informed them so. Within another day, they confirmed my decision, sent me a return label free of charge, and gave me a 10% discount code, valid for the next year as an extra commercial gesture. I sent them an email confirming the return track code, and informing them at the same time that the courrier service (postnl.be) in Belgium provided a non-reliable service. Even though, normally refund only takes place after receipt and checkup of the returned goods, I received my refund within 2 days, without any further discussion! I felt sorry that their product did not meet my expectations, and I'm sure, if ever I have a need to buy a kitchen appliance again, I will most definitely check with Safecourtkichen first !

It's kind of funny that I do get an e-mail asking to give a rating, even though;
A. I haven't received my package. (ordered more than a week ago)
B. I haven't got a reply on my e-mail, asking where my package is.

Final edit: After almost 4 weeks, my package finally got delivered today 16-08. Unfortunately no extra part which was promised to accomodate ;)
I think it's a good company, they just messed up with my order. Service could have been better.

Not responding to my e-mails. I canceled the order, still you sent it. I rejected it at the door, still cashed from my creditcard. So 1 star.
But the order was quickly sent, so 2 stars. And now the problem is solved, very Quick. So i will make it 3 start.

I recently ordered a contact grill from…
I recently ordered a contact grill from Safecourt. The delivery and exchange experience was great. We had to return the contact grill to get the compact version and it was done very swiftly by the team.
With regards to the product itself, it works well for us so far and is reasonably priced. The only drawback is the bulky design of their contact grills but the company makes up for it in their prompt customer service experience.
