Daniel Donnelly from Safe Hands Financial not only helped me to the completion stage with my mortgage he was there every step of the way and answered all of my questions, of which I had many, he even replied to me when he was on holiday!

My existing mortgage company did not want to renew my mortgage and I was worried I may even lose my house. A buy-to-let mortgage whilst living abroad post-Brexit was not easy at all, I was refused over and over again by various companies and brokers. Daniel was prepared to take on my case and achieved what many others could not before him.

Dan at Safe Hands worked his socks off to get us the best Mortgage deal from the market. He listened carefully to our needs and advised us on the best lender for us. We wanted to refinance our 8 Bed HMO Property which was obviously a real hybrid that most lenders did not want to touch. After finding the best deal for us, we found that the underwriter at the lender that was dealing with our particular case was very slow. Dan had a very proactive and reliable process of chasing them in order to get the results that we needed, he always kept up bang up to date and also kept his word.

He was very upfront and honest and is very skilled in his field, along with his proactive and pragmatic approach we really did feel in Safe Hands which is a very rare thing nowadays.

I have just remortgaged after buying a house with them 2 years ago and both times have been great service and very quick processes with minimal things for me to do throughout. Great service from Daniel both times and would highly recommend anyone to use him and safe hands. I was given multiple options on what to do and was given great advice on which was the best route to go down and this helped a lot. Any questions I had were always answered in depth and very quick. If I can give one piece of advice to anyone considering using a mortgage advisor, it would be to use Safe Hands. Safe Hands helped me arrange my mortgage. As a first time buyer I didn't really know what to do and Daniel really helped me navigate the whole process. At every turn he was there to help. I found out I had a poor credit score as a result of never really using credit facilities. He went out of his was to get lenders to look at it more closely and managed to secure me a great rate considering the current climate.
